Char-Grill This was my second time visiting Char-Grill, and it was just as good as I remembered! The cashier was super nice and friendly. I even asked for his name twice because I kept forgetting, but he didn’t mind at all and stayed very kind. The food was delicious, fresh, and exactly what I was craving. The prices were also great for the quality you get. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

I had a cheeseburger and fries delivered to my by postmates. It came when they said it would and it was warm. It was so good! The prices are pretty low for what you get. Totally recommend this place for delivery and if you are craving a char broiled burger. When you order you choose the toppings you want such as bacon, mayo, lettuce, tomato. The fries were golden crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Yum!!

Friendly staff who allowed free drink refills. I spent extra for more items bc hungry. Was relieved staff told me the plans to raze their location in favor of new tower for downtown was scuttled. Maybe one day they'll be gone for a denser downtown but for now its just a great diner in the heart of city with plenty of parking and bus stop up front.

The workers are very rude I was walking to get food the worker shouted on the microphone that I could not park in this lot as I was going to order lunch he closed the window on me and I left. Will never be returning absolutely rude.

Best fast food burger in RDU!
While I sometimes prefer sit down restaurants at the same price, the char grill burger doesn’t make my stomach feel icky after. (Too many fries may though)

Rude cashier and customers with dogs and recording people 7/8/25 around 1pm. Weird.. drinks also need to be changed so look into that maybe.
