I am so ill at this Char Grill 😡 I got home and my double cheese burger was all wrong. 1 patty of meat,not even a half teaspoon of chili and the burger was so over cooked you would think it was leather. Go all the way back up there cashier looks over ticket sees that it wasn't right and cook comes to look at it. They redid the burger and still got it wrong 😡😡 This time it had no cheese🤨 I was so mad I just left before I said anything ugly and food went in the garbage. The french fries were so salty i couldn't even eat them.Absolutely appalling.....

I would recommend that you do not attempt to call your order into this location. I had hoped to save time but really it just cost me another 15 minutes. Limited English speaking skills resulted in the order being recorded incorrectly. (And there was confusion apparent for the people picking up their food in front of me as well... taking time to resolve) To their credit, everyone was very courteous in resolving the issue (I got the feeling everyone was stressed out in there but doing their best), and they expedited my corrected order (though they then lost track of which of the waiting people it was for). My perception was that it was pretty chaotic in there - not the well-oiled machine to which I am accustomed at Char Grill. The food was fine though. Maybe it was just a bad night. I'm check back and update this review just in case
Also note that this is an outdoor only, walk up restaurant with no indoor seating (I was getting take out). Not a criticism, but since some Char Grill locations have indoor seating, it seemed worthy of mention.

Old School - Fill out you order request, drop it in the slot, wait until the loudspeaker announces your order is ready (usually a few minutes) and enjoy hamburgers, hot dogs, and French fries like they were before the fast-food chain made them flavorless. Hot dogs sagging under a blanket of chili and onions and French fries that are not matchstick thin are the reward for going “old school.”
Hotdog tasted terrible. I couldn't digest it. I liked to vomit. The apple turnover was luke warm, and the fries were just okay.

First time I've been here. I love old time burger and hot dog places. The vibes were so good. I had no idea what some of the menu items were or how to order, but I asked someone who was also ordering and they were very helpful. The cheese burger I got is amazing, the fries are good but not my favorite kind. They cooked it all fresh, the wait was very short and I will definitely be back and maybe try the hot dogs next.
