First time and I loved it. 11.97 for a small cheese steak combo. Very good! Will be back.

I ordered food with delivery and didn’t get nothing i asked for. I order a Cheesesteak and paid an extra 1.99 for the bacon and didn’t even receive the right cheesesteak or the bacon. Ordered Mozzarella sticks for my brother and didn’t even receive it. I ordered the ultimate fries and Didn’t receive the right ones. What are yall doing back there ? Are yall even paying attention to the order yall are preparing.. I can’t even get a refund.. Terrible i’m not buying ever again.

I enjoyed my large cheese steak and fry combo. $1.50 for extra cheese is reasonable now days. But $20 for lunch may put some folks off.
Service was prompt and mostly friendly during lunch time. They can be inattentive sometimes if they're busy. But it does look like they're trying to turn it around. My suggestion will be to change the type of french fries they serving. They're sort of plain and nothing special - standard Sysco delivery. Maybe go to fresh cut?

First of the lady with the lip piercings are rude as hell. They are entirely over priced little ass sandwich with 8 fries in a tray and paid $18 .

Very disappointed, been here before and it was decent but they went downhill. Fryer was down so couldn’t get fries or anything else that was fried. You would thing the phillys would be good since they got nothing else but nope. Horribly made, portion size was a mess, I ordered a regular and my wife ordered a small and her looked bigger than mines. Skip this place and just grab a pizza or Chinese

This place used to be SO good. I was excited to go a couple weeks ago when we were at Triangle, but it ended up being a complete disappointment. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak. The meat was dry and lacked flavor. There was literally 2 tiny pieces of lettuce on the entire regular sized sub. When I let the cashier know, she asked for a side of lettuce and the girl who made the sandwiches told her I needed to come down there and ask her for it instead of just giving it to her. The lady making the sandwiches was wearing gloves but handled her cell phone multiple times with the gloves on and went back to handling food. I was pretty grossed out. Waste of money and unfortunately now have no desire to return. They used to be great, but it is pretty obvious the staff doesn’t care.

I was really excited to try Charles Philly Steak, but my experience was disappointing. I ordered a regular-sized Philly cheesesteak sandwich, boneless chicken with buffalo sauce on the side, and fries. The fries portion was extremely small, just a few pieces. The boneless chicken was very dry and lacked flavor, while the Philly cheesesteak tasted strange and wasn’t enjoyable at all.

The service also fell short. The staff member at the counter wasn’t friendly, didn’t smile, and didn’t provide clear or complete answers when I asked questions. Since this restaurant is in a mall, I expected a better dining experience overall. I hope they work on improving both the food quality and customer service.

Just opened. Ordered a large cheesesteak combo. The cheese container was about empty and the lady just shrugged her shoulder and figured a quarter size squirter was good enough. Put the jar back without filling it, then proceed to melt the sandwich regular size. My wife asked if she was going to put more cheese on it instead of just blowing it off and she gave a nasty sigh and looked at us like we were crazy. Got a refund and won't return. Incompetent and lazy workers.

Hidden gem!!! The food is awesome and fresh. Highly recommend!!! Will return again definitely

Food tastes great. I would have given 5 stars if I saw smiles on the employees faces. Also, the staff were not using the tongs to handle raw meat. There is a potential from cross contamination if the staff are not trained proper food safely procedures. I understand if the item in question is heated on a hot grill afterwards, but the person should not be going from touching raw meat to cold fresh produce ingredients or to touching fresh bread. Thanks for the great lunch though and I hope the manager invests in their staffs training and happiness here.

Waited years to go back to a Charley's. Finally went today. Ordered ahead. Paid for four sandwiches, two of which were supposed to be large. When we got there they said they were out of large buns. We asked for a refund on the two sandwiches for the difference in price and she said that it wasn't worth the effort to give us the money back. One of these sandwiches were supposed to be a BBQ with crispy onions and we paid for bacon to be added. We received No BBQ, raw onions and no bacon. Another was a chicken california. This was ordered as normal but the sandwich we got had no onions, no lettuce or tomato like it was supposed too. The last one was a chicken Philly to split between my two kids. There were burnt pieces of chicken and mushrooms throughout it. We had to toss half of it. We spent 56 dollars on garbage. Also it had whatever the hell this black stuff is.
