Employees took their time with making our food, and when we finally got it we all had orginal fries and forgot our extra fries when we ordered cheese fries and ultimate fries and had to remind them we ordered some lemonades.

I enjoyed my large cheese steak and fry combo. $1.50 for extra cheese is reasonable now days. But $20 for lunch may put some folks off.
Service was prompt and mostly friendly during lunch time. They can be inattentive sometimes if they're busy. But it does look like they're trying to turn it around. My suggestion will be to change the type of french fries they serving. They're sort of plain and nothing special - standard Sysco delivery. Maybe go to fresh...

Food tastes great. I would have given 5 stars if I saw smiles on the employees faces. Also, the staff were not using the tongs to handle raw meat. There is a potential from cross contamination if the staff are not trained proper food safely procedures. I understand if the item in question is heated on a hot grill afterwards, but the person should not be going from touching raw meat to cold fresh produce ingredients or to touching fresh bread. Thanks for the great lunch though...
