I went to this place a little after 9pm. They close at 10pm. There was a line of people waiting to order. Because of Covid there is no inperson dining, can't even go in to order. I ordered a dozen nuggets with mac and cheese and a soda. What I got was the dozen nuggets and french fries. It would have been way too much trouble to try and get in line again. I doubt if calling would have helped much. Food was good, just wasn't what I ordered.

It's chick fil a... who can say anything bad about chick fil a!?? I work downtown and have eaten at this chick fil a numerous times and have no complaints! People are friendly and the food is always good!!

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I've been to. The chicken tasted as though it had been fried in oil that was a little old. The lemonade tasted off too, like maybe it was a little old or the dispenser hasn't been cleaned thoroughly. First time I've had food that doesn't taste good at one of their restaurants.

I love Chick-fil-A. Let me just start by saying that. I saw the reviews and wondered to myself how it could be possible a Chick-fil-A would be rated so low. I Love their chicken. Love their service. Love their waffle fries. Love their shakes. This location however, he's just really not up to their standards. It just feels dark, confined, dingy, dirty, poorly run space. Also the ordering system here is extremely strange. You place your order at a window that looks like it's behind bars because they have large metal walls pretty much going all the way up to the ceiling, and a tiny opening where you can talk to someone. You get your food, then bring it to the register, almost like a cafeteria or deli style service, and pay for it there. I have never been to a Chick-fil-A like this before. If it weren't for the food which was still pretty decent, this would be a one or two star review. Fortunately I didn't have to eat inside as it was a nice day outside.

This place to top notch. I have ordered there >50 times. If they do make a mistake, they rectify it as fast as possible. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism of this restaurant.

Good for a quick snack when downtown. Instant service for standard items as they are cafeteria style, custom items come out quick as well. Downside is a lot of solicitation and loitering happens right outside the doors.

Food was wonderful and hot. The line appeared long and things seemed a little chaotic relative to a normal CFA but it seemed to move relatively quickly at noon. I made a mobile order as I always do but the people who got there just after me had their food before I did, though some of that may have been that my food was still cooking after I'd orders it. Edit: both times I've been here it's seemed the floor badly needed to be cleaned. My feet slipped like there must have been a sheen of grease on the floor that did not make me feel great about the overall cleanliness of the establishment.
