Chick-fil-A

Unfortunately due to curbside taking so long I came in to get my order waited 15 minutes inside and my car was towed. When I asked to speak with a manager a nice young lady found the shift lead and she said I can give you my managers number but I doubt it’s anything we will do no apology no anything. I will no longer visit this location again.

A charming cashier took my order of a large fry and two cookies I paid for it and what I received was a large fry which was kind of stale but they were hot. So many people at this mall I decided to keep moving but I realized I didn't have my cookies so I went back to grab my cookies and a manager named Kayla ask to see my receipt before she gave them to me and she said it says that you only have a large fry. I said I was supposed to have cookies I said talk to that cashier right there. She said but I'm reading the receipt so another manager told her to stop arguing with me and give me the cookies okay not only did that happen Kayla kept my receipt so I can't file a complaint with Chick-fil-A customer service cuz I don't have the receipt so I'll just let you all know there are way better Chick-fil-A to go to in Durham other places other than the one that triangle Town center their fries are not up to standard they don't have salt on. It's probably best to not visit a chick fila in the mall as their customer service can fall sharp real quick.

Slowest location I have ever been to. I ordered two 30 piece nuggets and 3 large fries. The nuggets were great, as always, but the fries were less than full. They only gave me 3 sauces and one ketchup total. It took 24 minutes and there were only a few cars in front of me. Find useful help.

first time a cashier gives me a bad attitude in this restaurant chick- fil-a They are usually very friendly but this girl seems like she was not having a good day oh she doesn't like her job and she gave me a bad attitude to me and to my son please Kiara, if you don't like your job, look for another one, where you don’t have to talk to many clients.

Ordered a curbside. They marked it completed and delivered and never brought it out. Called the store 7 times before someone answered and told me it was inside and had been sitting for a while. Told me they had to remake it because it had been sitting so long.

this is literally the slowest chikfila i’ve ever been to. everybody moves slow yawning and act as if they have not a care in the world

Today destiny made my day. Never knew a trip to chick fil a would put a smile on my face. Such great service and took the time with me on my app.

It is the first chick-fill that they tell me that someone else picked up my client's order because in the other stores, they confirm or ask the drivers to show them that they have confirmed the order, however the lady who served me didn't care That the food was delivered to another driver, I don't understand why they don't do the same as the rest of the stores.

Lady named Lynn giving me death stares while taking my order, was not polite. all the other workers were super kind though... Food was phenomenal as usual, this place just needs to be more welcoming

I ordered food from this location on 2/9/2024 through Uber Eats. The chicken sandwich was fully cooked on the outside and raw on the inside. The cup actually broke from the bottom when I grabbed it to drink out of it. This has not been my first 1-star experience at this location but felt the need to share being that it posed a major health risk. Serving raw chicken lead to serious contamination. I would like to hear from a manager asap
