My wife and I ordered 2 number 1 combos on 9/18/2025 at 2:24. There was only one order ahead of us, but it took 11 minutes to get the order. The fries were okay, but the sandwich was really bad. The bun was soggy with grease. My wife could only eat the chicken throwing the bun away. I used the top of her bun with the top of my bun and ate my sandwich. The bun bottoms were really soaked with grease. We usually eat at the one in Wake Forest because it's near our hone but it's temporally close with a remodel.

Nice, clean store. I waited a bit for someone to come up to the register, but I get it, early in the morning, most everyone is focused on Drive-thru. Still, the food was consistent and made to order. It was also my pleasure.

This is the slowest Chick Fila I think I’ve ever been too! Considering it’s not a busy location nor time, it’s crazy it took 15 minutes to get nuggets, fries and a premade salad.

Unfortunately due to curbside taking so long I came in to get my order waited 15 minutes inside and my car was towed. When I asked to speak with a manager a nice young lady found the shift lead and she said I can give you my managers number but I doubt it’s anything we will do no apology no anything. I will no longer visit this location again.

A charming cashier took my order of a large fry and two cookies I paid for it and what I received was a large fry which was kind of stale but they were hot. So many people at this mall I decided to keep moving but I realized I didn't have my cookies so I went back to grab my cookies and a manager named Kayla ask to see my receipt before she gave them to me and she said it says that you only have a large fry. I said I was supposed to have cookies I said talk to that cashier right there. She said but I'm reading the receipt so another manager told her to stop arguing with me and give me the cookies okay not only did that happen Kayla kept my receipt so I can't file a complaint with Chick-fil-A customer service cuz I don't have the receipt so I'll just let you all know there are way better Chick-fil-A to go to in Durham other places other than the one that triangle Town center their fries are not up to standard they don't have salt on. It's probably best to not visit a chick fila in the mall as their customer service can fall sharp real quick.
