Never thought chik fil a would have such poor service, especially from a director. They were not accommodating to customers at all.

Very unprofessional Operations manager who wouldn’t help me place my order through the drive through. I am a 60 year old African American woman and because he felt I was driving too slow off the mobile order line, he stated that I was no longer welcomed to come back to that Chik Fi la. What craziness. I told him that was not a Christian thing to say and I bet Jesus Christ would not have done that. Jesus Christ would have helped me placed my order and he said Jesus was a long time ago. How irreverent.

I visited this location yesterday morning to order my usual breakfast a 4-count chicken mini and a vanilla iced coffee with shake base. The cashier wasn’t sure how to ring it up so he called someone else over. She came over and immediately told me she couldn’t make the drink unless I ordered a mocha iced coffee instead, which is not true. I explained that I get this drink regularly at other locations including this one without any issues and she replied “I know but I can’t do it” which really threw me off. She came across as unprofessional and dismissive, and I barely had a chance to speak before she shut the conversation down. I walked out and drove 8 minutes to the Falls of Neuse location where the staff was so sweet and made my order with no problem!

Great service and using the Chick-fil-A app is much faster than the go in line and the food came here though right on side of the way it came great service and and the food was delicious and in the atmosphere was great. Definitely come back again.

I was very disappointed that I was being charged EXTRA just bc I wanted my grilled chicken on the side and not actually on my cobb salad. THAT IS RIDICULOUS! Why Chic fila is this even a thing??
Horrible… I spent 30 minutes in drive thru and then got raw fries. I also got a chicken sandwich with this mysterious sauce that was all over the place outside of the box but none of the sauce was on the side. Truly horrible experience.

If you love Chick waffle fries, do not choose this location. We recently moved back to Raleigh and this particular branch is very close to our home. But, they can’t make decent fries. We have tried 4-5 times now and they are always undercooked. We were told that for some reason “extra crispy” is not achievable. That is disappointing but what we really can’t comprehend is why they are served uo underdone/soggy/ not crispy at all! Even after returning them and asking for a re-do. The Glenwood Ave location as well as the one by Costco get it right every time! It’s just not going to be as convenient. It seems as if there shouldn’t be such variance for a chain restaurant. Hoping this will catch attention/perhaps improve eventually.
