Chick Fil A is always a good experience. Their customer service is the best in the industry. They are always fast and courteous. Now, I do think that they should ask customers if they want their chicken grilled or breaded but I also understand that it is understood that it is breaded unless you stipulate but this is just my two cents. Diet lemonade is the BEST!

We eat at this cfa twice a month. The soup we always get was exceedingly spicy today. The people across from us said it was also. I told the team leader but all he said was sorry. I thought he would want to know and check it out but I guess not.

This chick fil A is not it … I got fries and they weren’t salted at all which is not what I’m used to . When I got my food I realized I didn’t have my gluten free bun, straw and then the issues with the fries and my sauces were wrong 😩😩😩 . So I went thru that long line again. When I got to the window the manager ( I very heavy set man in a grey blue shirt so I’m assuming he was the manager ) I was helped by an amazing young man named Caleb and he was doing his very best running food to people across the parking lot and just having generally amazing service . But the manager didn’t believe me that I didn’t get my gluten free bun and I couldn’t find my receipt and he refused to give me new fries . I told him he could have my fries back if he would give me new ones . And the new ones he gave me begrudgedly were basically the size of a medium even though I payed for a large . But by then I had already been at chick fil a for 25 minutes and my sandwich was cold so I decided to cut my losses . So the heavy set manager was extremely u helpful to me and to his staff . But Caleb …. Caleb is a rock star maybe he should be the manager.

Of course Chick Fil A is always tasty, but this location makes mobile orders pull around to a drive thru waiting spot EVERY. TIME. And to get to these spots, you have to drive around a busy Target parking lot opposite the restaurant. So you save yourself no time in the time it takes to get back on the road once they’ve walked your order over and you navigate the busy parking lot once again, but this time in the opposite direction you came from 🫠 Order regular drive thru, pick up inside, or go to char grill down the st. 😊

Had to wait at least 10 minutes for an online order. While I waited, I stood right next to some CFA corporate guy. Shout out to him, shame on you dude. 730 pm on 2/3/25 this guy sat right there and let me wait unnecessarily. Those kids deserve a better example than that. The sandwich, the chicken didn't even reach the outside of the bun anywhere on the sandwich. So they saw a customer wait forever, right beside some entitled corporate stooge, and STILL threw out a skimpy sammy like that. Yall might as well open up on Sunday and rip folks off then too like everyone else. I certainly hope people read this and think twice about eating at chic Fila.
