Fabulous except make sure that you check your order before you leave. They seem to leave items out on large orders

A complete failure of all process and policy. 20 mins to get 4 cars moved through. Fries barely cooked, disgusting iced tea. Requested items on receipt but not in bag. Corporate needs to audit this location. Sub-standard quality and management.

Came here for this morning breakfast, I ordered through the app. Very friendly. The atmosphere is staff are always great at Chick-fil-A. Food is always great. I mean come on now. Now it's Chick-fil-A. It's in a very convenient location right next to Target. Good drive-thru Lane. The store is very clean. The staff are very friendly, especially for being so early in the morning. But again it is Chick-fil-A and they always have the highest standards when it comes to fast food. That's why I don't really even consider them fast food anymore.
This location should take more time when bagging the food to make sure everything is in the bags. 2xs I’ve had to return because of missing items. & today as I look in the bag I’m missing an purchased item again. This is my closest location so more please double check the bags.

I don't dislike Chick-fil-A as a company, but this location is pretty bad. The drive-thru situation makes southbound traffic on Six Forks Rd much worse. Forum Drive is also always backed up during lunch and dinner rushes. Food is okay, service has gotten worse over the last year.

Everyone here is so nice. Drive thru is slow because of the way it’s designed. One car can easily hold up everyone behind them. I typically just park and go in.We also dine in a lot here. Kids don’t like the play place because some of it “smells like feet,” but it is open for kids now!Parking: If you can park out front, you can use the target parking lot right next to the building.Kid-friendliness: Play place is open.

Always fresh and fast! Probably the best Chick-fil-A in Raleigh. My order is rarely wrong, the staff are nice, and the food is great! The inside of the place is very clean and has a friendly atmosphere. I totally recommend this particular location!
Unfortunately, too many bad experiences in this Chick-fil-A. This is not the first time we have poorly tasting food. The service was slow and unwilling. About 3 hours before closing time, we were "locked" in the dining area by chairs blocking the way in and out the room by the person cleaning the area. We had to push chairs around to make it out of there. Very unwelcoming. Will skip this location completely from now on.

Great service, but I was disappointed that the Pimiento Chicken sandwich is gone. I never got to try it. Back to Popeyes for me. Chick-fil-A is too bland. Good salads though.
