Love this place, always friendly, super quick. A great place to bring kids and I really enjoyed every worker that day.. great place.Parking: Plenty of parking in the parking lot or one of the lots nearby.Kid-friendliness: The playhouse is great, the place is clean, it's casual enough for the whole family.

Clean dinning room and restrooms.Kid-friendliness: High chairs & booster seats available.Wheelchair accessibility: Floor & tables space wide enough for a wheelchair to move with ease. I came to this Chick-Fil-A and I wanted to order a CFA Sandwich No pickles with a large water and a large fruit cup strawberries only. The team member at the front told me that they don’t do customized fruit cups so unfortunately this was not putting the guest first because the ultimate goal is to do whatever you can to satisfy the customer and they didn’t do that because they don’t do customized fruit cups but I can go to another Chick-Fil-A and they will do it without a problem. So moving forward I will not be coming back to this Chick-Fil-A I’ll go to the one that does customized fruit cups. Definitely a horrible experience. Never go to CFA Brier Creek In Raleigh if you want a customized fruit cup because when it comes to that they are very inconsiderate.
