Normally Chick-Fil-A's are the benchmark for fast drive through service and courteous treatment from the staff, but on the evening of January 23, 2025 this was not the case from one of the Managers at this location. After several purchases of some of their soup at this location, my wife finally felt she had to call to question why the soup at this location is far inferior to the other locations. There was mostly broth with 1-2 noodles and vegetables, and it was not hot soup. In talking to one of the Managers she asked about the temperature of it because every time she has purchased it at this location, it is barely warm. There are health guidelines for soup temperatures restaurants must maintain. My wife asked how someone can serve something that clearly was not up to standards. In asking about the consistent coolness of their soup the Manager said "I can't spend all night talking about the temperature of our food" , when my wife asked for her name, she hung on her. My wife called back several times and nobody answered the phone, with it finally going to a voicemail, that was not set up, clearly she was not willing to answer the phoneNeedless to say, we won't ne back.

Rude staff through drive thru. Got my order wrong couple of times, asked for specific sauce because it was clearly not in the bag. Staff said “yes it is, I saw them put it in there” Very rude, if I am telling you is because I checked and it is not in there. I also asked for a bag, he rolled his eyes at me. Very rude service
The food is fine. The customer service is great, but has anybody else noticed that the chicken sandwich has shrunk? The price has not shrunk. It has gone up, but the sandwich is way smaller!!

Great place in the area! It is very close to multiple other neighborhoods. The staff are very nice here. I enjoy eating at this Chick-fil-A location and the food has never been bad. Just I am disappointed in how the chicken is now. I get a lot of different types who are terrible, but some are amazing. This restaurant I know will be successful due to all the houses coming in. Great restaurant five out of five.
Parking: Free parking right around the front of the restaurant
I paid over three dollars for a diet lemonade and it was 75% ice! I will not be back!

Awesome staff members. Once I went to the drive through to order a chicken sandwich, and realized that I lost my wallet after placing the order, so I cancelled the order. About a min later, the lady who took the order came back with another person who dressed like a manager and said she’s going to pay it for me. Such a big heart and a sweet move to do. Really made my day. The only chick fil a I’m going from now.
