Shame on you for putting one order (and she was new hire) taker at 95 degrees with a line of 15 cars.
Major shout out to the employees here. My car overheated while I was in line at the drive through, and several of the employees came out to help me get my kids safely out of the car, and then pushed the car over into the parking lot for us. They all checked on us to make sure we were ok & were so nice, I'm so happy we broke down there and not somewhere else :D

Ordered a strawberry frosted lemonade, on a very hot day and I haven’t had it for a while. Clearly things went downhill. They gave me the styrofoam cup FOR MILKSHAKES, not the taller clear plastic cup. You thought I was already mad, but when I took a sip it had barely any lemonade taste at all. So not only have they moved to giving out less of the drink, they kept the price the same. $5 for this monstrosity was not worth it at all. Save your money!!!! I will never come to this chick fil an again for my frosted strawberry lemonades.

I love chick fil a and normally have no issues. Went today and got a 30 piece nugget and fries for the family. When I got home there were only 15 in the box. Receipt says 30. I can understand being off by one or two but 15 is ridiculous, but not driving 20 minutes to get 15 nuggets.
