i rarely eat at chick fil a but like to stop but this now occasionally after school and honestly it always slaps. people are absolutely amazing, the space is super clean and tidy, and someone will always compliment me on my outfit. 10/10

Awesome service like every chik-fil-a. I feel like they are the last fast food place to know anything about customer service, they nail it everytime.
Hot and fresh egg sandwich. (I dont usually choose fast food but was meeting a business associate for a meeting.) Real flowers on the table. And even the guy that cleans the floors asks if I need anything? Incredible!

Unfortunately, I had to give this location 4 stars when comparing it to other CFAs in the surrounding area. The food was good as usual. The location was very clean as well. However, the service fell short in comparison to other locations as I had a longer wait than usual before someone even said anything to me. I was the only one in line as well (7:30 at night). Not even a "my pleasure" ? I know how CFA is about their standards compared to other quick service food chains. This won't deter me from coming to this location again though, but hoping this helps this one continue to grow as it's in a prime spot for the growth in the area.
Sorry to say this , but you guys are really slow, and the one lane was a mistake. There was one car in front of me and it was ten minutes later that I got my order, with no fork and four pieces of ice in my drink . The Chic in my area rolls cars through and always Johnny on the spot . Maybe go watch how the Chic in Knightdale works it out at 6:30 at night for a training session, not trying to be mean but this is not working for you all .

I went in here with high expectations like normal chickfilas but when we ordered it took decently long. But if you think that's bad just wait. I went to order an ice cream and I ordered. I waited and waited for my ice cream and after atleast 15 min. they gave it to me EXCEPT. I ordered a cone but they gave me a cup. But the reason this isn't 1 star is because the inside was actually fairly nice and neat. If you only care about ambiance and if it's neat or not then come here because its a nice environment

This is the first time I have ever had a bad chicken sandwich at a chick fil a. The chicken was greasy and close to burned. Ugh! Perhaps it because it was 7:30 pm although time has never been an issue at other stores in the area. I gave it a low score because even though the atmosphere and service were great, we came here for the food. Will steer clear of this store in the future.Parking: Parking was easy to find.

Normally we have great experiences here but I came through the drive thru and ordered 3 gallons of sweet tea and lemonade and I requested some cups and lids but was told I couldn’t have any. Thought it strange with ordering that many drinks and not able to get any cups. I guess budget is tight for this location. I’ll just go to the Fuquay location from here on they seem to be much more helpful.
