This store can’t get an order right to save its soul! This time it was the pickles. May seem like a little thing but I like them on my minis. I confirmed with the attendant & they still weren’t in the bag. This store does not care about customers.

Placed a pickup order for drive tru at 12:05 today. Arrived at the driver thu about 5 minute after. They asked me to park because they had to cook more chicken. I waited 30 minutes in my car then went inside the restaurant. All employees were extremely rude and disrespectful. After waiting I spoke with an employee and received my order at 12:45. The paper bag was covered in grease to start with. The chicken was cold, ice from my drink fully melted, and salad was wilted. Overall will never choose this chick fil an again. Worst customer service ever. Food not even edible.

This is a different style location. No indoor seating. Feels like ordering from an ice cream shop window.

So, my daughter and I walked from our hotel to this location because it was close by. We already had it planned that we would cool off inside, and enjoy our meal before making the walk back in this summer heat. I guess I failed to read the reviews of the CFA before we made the walk. When we got close, I said to my daughter, “Why the heck are people eating outside in this sun and heat?” Well, the joke was on me…. This location is walk up window style with seating outdoors only. Luckily, we were able to snag a table and chairs in the shade and God looked out for us by providing a nice breeze while we dined out. There are also tables and chairs with umbrellas. Not sure about restrooms. Food order was quick and still brought out table side. Staff was friendly.

I feel mistreated by this restaurant every time I go. Almost like there intentionally bullying there service towards me and I do not think their Christian CEO would approve. If it happens again I will be contacting headquarters. Management should not be allowed to abuse a business like this, you work there you do not own it.

Slowest mobile order I've experienced, they would really benefit from learning from Chapel Hill locations

Extremely disappointed in the service. Jayden did not live to the chick fil a courtesy standards I would have hoped for. Quickly denied a cup of whipped cream for my dog (pup cup) and stated the location does not do that when every time I have visited in the past they did it without hesitation. When I asked for him to ask his manager, I got an eye roll and a sassy remark back.

Very slow on taking orders and drive thru

Taylor was rude and acted like she did want to be there. She does not have good consumer service skills to be working at chickfia.

Don’t waste your time. This is the worst cfa I have ever been to. Food was fine but service was terrible and took forever to get food. One associate told my wife they didn’t have spoons for my child’s ice cream when she could see them and was pointing at them.

This restaurant is always nice. They didn't give me a problem when I came to get my free sandwich for teachers appreciation! They have always been courteous.

Peter at drive thru always gives consistent good service, such a good kid!

Lol I ordered one soup one, waited 15 minutes, and they wondered why I thought it was too long of a wait. The manager just said “you got your food, didn’t you?”. Trashy service for Chick-fil-A.

This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. They consistently cannot handle a fraction of the people that come. Chick-fil-A should not offer free sandwich promotions if their restaurants cannot handle the influx. I should not have to wait 35 minutes for a sandwich at Chick-fil-A.
