On my most recent experience: Order was wrong and was offered a free replacement the following day. Replacement order the following day was not accurate and complete either. Both times there was not excessive traffic - plenty of time to get my order right. Love Chick-fil-a, but this location dropped the ball too many times.

The worst ever service among chick fil a in triangle. Supposed to be fast food and drive through is supposed to be super quick. Instead was pulled of the drive through line and waited for extra 5 minutes which were pretty critical to my schedule.

As always, this place meets Chick-fil-A quality. Service was excellent and food was delicious. You need to get a chicken egg and cheese biscuit. Out of this world.
I’ve always had great experiences at this location, with both mobile orders and drive through. Note that you can’t eat inside here and the parking lot and lines can get a little tight but it’s fine. I’m always satisfied with my order and the workers are always friendly!
There are good attendance at this year and good job employees who have attended this morning.

The service was terrible. I placed my order and waited over 30 minutes. They then claimed they did not have my order. After I showed them my order, they only claim out with one of my meals. The staff had an attitude and I did not feel welcomed.

Service is fine. Most people are very friendly and quick. The food for the most part is fine but someone please teach the person making the kale salad how to do it properly.
Every time I get one, it is less than halfway full and drenched in dressing. No other locations that I have been to have this problem!!! I only come to this location out of convenience, but from now on, I’m just gonna drive to another store because it is so disappointing to pay for The salad and see the bottom of the container because it’s so empty.

Love Chick -fil-A however I've noticed an alarming trend, their workers are doing their best to make sure the orders are going out fast however, 3 out of the last 4 times I've gone I was missing an item. Nothing major but not having a fork or the bell peppers (didn't have them this time) when you order a salad or no sauces when you order nuggets is disappointing. The food was lukewarm and the soda was flat this time. I don't have this issue too often at the North Hills location so I may drive the 2 miles for the better quality.
Parking: It's a tight space that is shared with the drive thru so getting in and out may be difficult.
