This location has a disastrous flow for traffic that leads to incoming traffic blocking outgoing traffic. Cars get stuck because some idiot makes it so no one can leave. Then, that idiot can't get out of the way because others are blocked by the cars that can't leave.Also, forgot multiple items in my order and didn't offer a refund.

Poor service. Visited April 9, 2024 around 8pmJust an FYI This location has a walkup window and drive through. There is no indoor dinning room.Order for a party of 4 via the app while sitting at the outside tables. After 15 mins not hearing my order called out, I walked up to the window to be told they were still "working on it". After 5 more mins I walked back up to be told they were "waiting on fries". There were clearly fries ready. Containers full of fries of all sizes could be seen in the prep area.A few mins later, we got our food. We didn't get any of your sauces. Back to the window only to be ignored. Finally got sauces.Started eating, no napkins. Back the the window. Ignored again.The feeling was that the customers at the window were an inconvenience and they only wanted to deal with drive through orders.

I had to circle the building twice before I figured out how to enter the line for drive-thru service. I mentioned it to the manager and did not comment or try to explain why this process andtraffic flow.

The drive thru needs more supervision, our employees eat at this location at least 3 days a week. I seems like 2 days they forget something, sauces, fries and dressing. It’s really inconvenient to have to go back after I start to eat to get things they forgot. Love the food, just wish they could get the orders right. They always tell me they are in training. Who ever is doing the training should check behind them. Thanks

Long lunch line of course. I ordered the spicy chicken salad and got a rotten tomato that was less than desirable. I didn't feel like going back.

If you frequent Chick fil A across the country as I do, you tend to spot when things aren't as good as others... The one thing that I can't say I like is the way they have a little driveway that leads to a dead end parking lot just before the drive thru that throws you off. If you don't read the little sign that says parking you're gonna fall for it.You'll end up in that parking lot and have to turn around and go to the next driveway to hit the drive thru...The staff seems a little slower at their job too and doesn't acknowledge you in the mobile order lane until your order comes up, Meaning you're order may be taking a while but the people behind you have to wait for theirs until you're told to move to the holding spots. I'll still use this location they do try, just beware of which entrance is which. LOL

I called back to notify them that the food was not cooked fresh mto order as requested. The Human Resources director who answered the phone stated that they do not cook anything fresh to order when requested NOT EVEN THE FRIES, the chicken and macaroni tasted as if it had been sitting all day to the point that the corners of the bread on the sandwich were hard and pieces of the macaroni were crunchy. My coworker didn’t even eat the food and I don’t think the food should have been in that condition if it were fresh. I didn’t even get to explain all of this due to the Human Resources Director rudely cutting me off, I asked for the DM number or the individual over her which she stated she couldn’t give out. She did say she would take my Number, & give it to the operator Jake but I truly doubt that and offered to give me corporates number. She had an excuse for everything never once apologized or offered a cookie even. I frequent chick fila very often whether it’s doing door dash, Uber eats, or for my self I’ve never heard of this and this is the first time I’ve ever had this issue. I’m not a complainer the young lady who took the order was great though and was moving the line promptly, not a long wait time at all so I figured it would be a great experience my first time at this location. It went wrong as soon as I was passed the food, I asked the young lady if the fries and food was fresh and SHE Lied and said yes. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AND will make sure I tell my passengers I drop off at the hotels near there to go to the chick fila elsewhere or to the one in north hills!!! LET’S NOT FORGET I ORDERED FOOD AND DRINKS ONLY TO GET NO STRAWS IN EITHER BAG OR NAPKINS!!!

Our family likes Chick-fil-A. We know what to expect from most locations. This team tonight was really struggling to hold it all together. Our drive-thru order took entirely too long to prepare. We only ordered two nugget meals. Fries were cold. The chicken was good. Hopefully things pick up a little out there. We will give them another shot.

I've tried with this location numerous times. At various times of the day. It's no busier than any other CFA. They don't even have a dining room to also have to work simultaneously.Slowwwwwww service. Either hurry it up or close this location. Yes it's THAT slow

Why bother with an *accelerated* "Mobile Thru" line if it moves 1/2 the speed of the regular drive thru? Why is the *any* CFA drive thru 1/4 the speed of just doing a walk-up order?From mobile thru scan to pickup is over 9 minutes and we're STILL 4 cars from the window

This ChickfilA is probably the worst in the Raleigh area. The line always moves so slow, and it's extremely difficult to get out when you are already trapped in the line.On top of that, it is obvious that there is a lack of leadership here. 1) Why is there usually only one person taking orders outside? Lack of leadership and staffing.2) Why do the people running the food seem disorganized and flustered all the time? Lack of leadership.3) Why is it that every time I go to this location only, there is always something missing/wrong with my order? Lack of leadership and clear standards.4) Why is every drink I get not filled all the way to the top? My drink is usually half-full or 3/4 filled. Lack of standards come from the lack of good leadership.The food here tastes weird compared to the other locations. The nuggets always have a funky taste, and food here is either burnt or undercooked. There are very few times where the food was actually correctly made, however, it was overshadowed by the looming problem of something missing/being wrong in the order.Save your money and do not spend your money at this location unless you have no where else to get food (doubt that because there are tons of restaurants/stores in the area). The other locations are way better.This store needs to learn that they cannot do a subpar job and expect to be making as much money as the other locations, who do a superb job.

I had an amazing experience here. Also, I want to give a personal shoutout to Grace Phillips one of the managers. She’s extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and has the best personality!! It’s usually hectic when I go but her demeanor is always relaxed. I hope this message gets to her and that management acknowledges her hard work!!✨✨??
