Poor drive thru service and overall poor customer service as a whole. Newer Chickfila or not this Chickfila is an example of how not to treat customers compared to other Chickfila’s in the area. Staff are often inattentive and self-oriented in their personal task than in customer satisfaction. Staff interactions are not very personal with paying customers and appear to be mere transactions. This review is based on more than 5 occasions at different meal times. Serving sizes are subpar and often small. Items are usually missing and attention to detail is often lacking. Maybe you will have a different experience which is hopeful, but this Chickfila is not a good standard for good service.

I went here bought a kids meal guess what no blueberries my child’s allergic I get the food blueberries in the fruit cup alright go in ask for them to remake it boom blue hair in the one with no blueberries

I went in and asked if they were doing lunch, he said I have to wait 4 mins before I can order. I came back to order one thing and he was rushing me with only one person in line behind me and didn’t ask for here or to go and I got my food in a takeout bag even though I was eating in. There was no ketchup that I asked for and I was waiting at the counter for a few mins while my food was getting cold to get my ketchup, and no one helped me, so I ate my food without ketchup and the sandwich bread was cold but the chicken burnt my tongue, and the French fries were under cooked, soggy, no seasoning and gross. Would not recommend this Chick -Fil-A ever! I think the guy that didn’t help me, was the manger here, terrible service unexpected at a Chick-fil-a

What a great location!!! We used this location for a large event … 800 people and this location did our breakfast chicken minis! From Drew on the phone… checking and confirming my order ( 40 large trays) !!! To Mario , who brought them and helped us so much setting them up!!! FABULOUS… Chicken Minis were on point ( thank you to the ladies in the kitchen!!!) You made my job easy! Thank you. I highly recommend this location for catering!

The managers suck there they’ve messed up my order twice and have refused to fix anything they told me to download the app and they will give me points! What kind of mess is that when I spent my money on a meal! Just trash! Knightdale is way better.
