The managers suck there they’ve messed up my order twice and have refused to fix anything they told me to download the app and they will give me points! What kind of mess is that when I spent my money on a meal! Just trash! Knightdale is way better.

Had a taste for their delicious mac n cheese but to my surprise THEY WERE OUT! I have never heard of them running out of anything.. guess that happens but very unfortunate. :(
I’ve been here a couple times just because it’s close to my job but the customer service is HORRIBLE! When you first arrive nobody greets you politely and none of the workers start and finish with my pleasure. every time I go one thing is missing out of my order. I ordered a meal today and I had to go back around in the line because I had no straws. Things just don’t go as smoothly as you would think since it’s chick fil a . none of the workers have a good personality. I think highly of chick fil a but this location is not it.

Many workers have and take a long time to deliver the food. They give preference to the drive thru there if they deliver the food quickly and inside you have to wait longer
