Called the place cause I got sick from their food because they put my food with a marked gluten allergy with my mom’s gluten containing food. We had already left and couldn’t change it. The manager said the fries were gluten free and I explained cross contamination and they were rude about it and said “okay? we do put it in different bags” they don’t. Please take allergies seriously. I have eaten there many times before and never got sick. I understand you can’t 100% guarantee safe food but don’t be rude about it.

We went through the drive-through and got two salads and then when we got to our destination ready to eat our salads, there were no salad dressings and no forks. I was not in the habit of checking the order at Chick-fil-A but I guess you have to now before you leave.

I'm a huge fan of Chick-fil-A in general, and maybe today was just an off day, but it was not a great experience. The drive-thru did not move for a long time and it wasn't due to length of line, just no food being brought out. The worker was very courteous. However some of my fries were so hard, they were almost potato chips. I couldn't even bite the sandwich and threw half of it away. I've been here many times before and never had any issues, so hopefully it was just an off-cycle day.

Always, always slow with my order, makes me pull around the building and sit in the middle of the road with my hazards on. Half the time people are just standing around. Just not like any other Chick-fil-A I’ve been to.
