I love Chick-fil-A so I am sad to be writing this. I ordered the family pack and only received the nuggets. I was missing the fries and the brownie and cookies. I tried calling the store the manager answered so I started to say I was just there then she proceeded to hang up. I tried calling back it went straight to voice mail this was a very bad experience and I was expecting much better. I am very disappointed with how I was treated.
I ordered 120 nuggets (cold) for catering a day ahead and when I came to pick it up they told me it wasnt available and they would make me a hot tray instead, so I had to wait 25 min on top of the 5-10 min I had to wait to find parking. I was late for the event. It wasnt a pleasant experience.

I ordered my lunch on the app to make sure I had plenty of time to get it and get back to work. Placed my order and drove over. The mobile line was so backed up and was nearly moving. I sat in line for 30 minutes. By the time I got my food and returned to work (one street over) I proceeded to eat my food as quickly as possible since I spent my whole lunch waiting in line- but what’s worse, we I got my food, the fries and nuggets were cold. So disappointing- I have always loved Chick-fil-A and never had a bad experience until going to this one- which is a shame since I work one road over-

Worst Chick-fil-a I have ever been to. Used the barcode and app to order which caused us to order from a different location. Manager, pimple faced kid, told me tough luck and refused to do anything to help us. Bathroom toilets were broken. Garbage on floors everywhere. Crumbs and garbage on tables. Just trashy and horrible service.
