I'm a huge fan of Chick-fil-A in general, and maybe today was just an off day, but it was not a great experience. The drive-thru did not move for a long time and it wasn't due to length of line, just no food being brought out. The worker was very courteous. However some of my fries were so hard, they were almost potato chips. I couldn't even bite the sandwich and threw half of it away. I've been here many times before and never had any issues, so hopefully...

Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly. Had a nice outside area.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicapped parking and an easy entrance.

It was my first time trying this location. I was in the area & it was closed. The customer service was no issue or even the location but my chicken biscuit just wasn’t good. It was lukewarm when I received it, so I really just couldn’t enjoy it off bat, along with the funny taste the chicken had. Maybe it was just THAT day but hey, I wouldn’t say I wouldn’t recommend. Just give it a chance. I’d go again if I’m ever in the area. I’d probably try lunch this time...
