I originally posted an amazing review. But now I give this place zero stars. I was coming here every day for six days a week, at least once a day. I would sometimes come by more than once a day. That's at least $20 a day, and around about $500 a month. I get disappointed if the fries are not all the way filled up. If I'm paying for a large, I should receive a large portion. I will send them back and ask for a fully filled fry. I will also send them back if they are over cooked and have too much oil and look brown and crunchy. I am disappointed that I was asked to go to a different location. It is this chick Fil a's responsibly to fill the fries all the way up, and give fresh fries. And to add, it was not every time that I asked for fresh fries. There are more times I did not request a remake than not. Especially since I've been eating at this location for over a year now. I have always been nice when I requested a remake, never rude. So to a different location I go and they will receive $500 plus a month from me. I am a signature member.
Fill your fries all the way up, do not over soak them in the oil so that they are overly crunchy and brown, and do not put it on the customer for being the problem when you're in fact the problem.

We were in town for an event and got takeout for dinner. We didn't discover until we got back to the hotel that the fries were missing. It was a 30 minute round trip to get the new fries which were provided promptly, there was no compensation for the three cold meals.

The customer service was good and the transaction was fast. This was a mobile order this AM. I decided to use my hash rewards in the app and adding on items to purchase. A huge mistake.
The food was lacking on this visit.
Attaching photos of what I ordered vs what I got. Three scared blueberries. This is not the standard for what I’m used to. Parfait typically comes with strawberries and blueberries. If there are cut backs - customers should be notified. The biscuit I ordered was falling apart as if it was undercooked. The coffee was extremely too strong as if someone mistakenly used over the coffee limit. I was not satisfied with this visit. It will be a while before I ever return here.
