Why does the franchise owner close the majority of the triangle locations by 9p? Standard practice is 10p.. this brand confusion has saved me a lot of money ever since I moved back to NC!! Thank you..

I did a mobile order which usually is quick but this time it took 20 minutes in the drive thru. I have never waited this long at any Chick-fil-A. First they forgot a car in front of me taking their order which pushed our line back from moving. Then the drive thru just stopped moving all together. When I got up to the window they did not say anything about the wait and I stated I have never waited this long before in line. They handed me my food and said they were sorry just waiting for food in the back of house. I then had to remind them I also ordered an ice cream cone as they had forgotten. He offered me a cookie or brownie for free too which I said yes to and then he walked away someone else gave me my ice cream and said have a good night. I left cause I was tired of waiting in line. Overall just a terrible experience at this location in the drive thru. Also the fries were cold and that just made it all so much worse.

Customer service is lacking. Going downhill fast.
Went to this location a few days ago. Same rude service and the food wasn't good. Large fries were just pieces of the waffle fries. Even management is rude.

Went through the drive thru this morning. Wait was longer than normal and the food bag absolutely reeked of cheap perfume. They need to enact a policy of NO PERFUME on workers. It turned my stomach -even the napkins stunk. I threw out the food with the contaminated bag.

I placed a mobile order through the app for a salad, large fries, and a lemonade. The only thing they did correctly was the lemonade. They forgot my fries and I had to ask them to get them for me and then lo and behold I get to the hospital and discover the completely wrong salad in the bag, very sad I have not had anything to eat in two days and my wife was looking forward to eating after giving birth and chick fil a themselves make it next to impossible to submit a complaint or refund request. I’m not going to stop eating here but I am extremely disappointed

The only reason I stopped here is because my daughter wanted it. Our nuggets and fries were extremely cold. The fries were so soggy! We both didn't eat our food. My daughter not finishing says alot because she loves Chick-fil-A. I hope we don't get sick!

I used to work here, and behind the scenes they treat many of their employees pretty badly. They laid me off not because I did anything wrong, but because they didn't like my communication style (I have a disability that effects my communication, and they knew that). I will never eat Chick Fil A again because of my experience working for them. Horrible example for a company that claims to operate by Christian values.

I gave 3 stars because the young lady that took my order was very nice as I have come to expect at this Chic-fil-A. I've come to Chick-fil-A on Lake Boone for over 6 years, and this morning was the first time I got attitude from the young lady that gave me my food order. When I pulled up at the window, (without a smile) she called a name that was not mine. I told her my name. She then proceeded to hand me the order of the person she had just named, and I asked her "what is this?". She then said the wrong name again, and I again told her my name, to which she responded with pursed lips and attitude. Honestly, this was the very first time I have experienced even a glimmer of rudeness at this Chick-fil-A. Manager...please stop this behavior NOW before this restaurant becomes just like many of the "other" fast food restaurants. It was not a good look!

It is the first time Im disappointed, the person that took our order missed items, the manager Benjamin Stowell requested for me to go to the front to pay for the hash browns that the clerk forgot to ring, I pay for, eating my food and the the manager talking wearing globes, witch is okay, but he never take them out and continue talking, ring people up, back to pack food move stuff with the same globes, I feel nauseous to see that my food was pack by him and who knows where he touches before serve my food ?
