The people here are over the top. My soup spilled in my bag, not only did they replace my soup but the crackers and honey too that were also in the bag. They insisted on giving me all new items. They were all super nice. I wish more restaurants took customer service as serious as Chick-fil-A does. They all just do it right. Thank you to everyone at this location.

I had a friend who went to go pick up my order here for me. The workers started playing rock paper scissors as to who would hand the bag to her because she was someone who dresses very goth like. I’m extremely upset at the disrespect to such a kind person and embarrassed she was treated like that by the workers.

As a Signature Member, I was a regular at this location for 5 years and could almost tell you every single person's name at this location. Sadly I will never return to this location ever. They completely changed staff after new ownership (corporate now). No exaggeration, the last 6 times I have been there they have gotten my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. Not to mention 25min waits for a salad and fries. Until the new ownership, I have never waited more than 8min for food even with a line stretching out halfway through the food court! Words cannot truly describe my disappointment. Whoever hired and trained this staff needs to go work at McDonald's because that's what this place feels like now.

Since the staff change this place has gone down hill. They are rude and they definitely arent getting orders out in a timely fashion. I waited 10 mins for a MOBILE order of a drink and yougurt. I dont know what happened in the last few months but this new staff is terrible. If it wasnt the most convenient thing to get in the mall i would choose to never come to this location

Chick-fil-A is the best place to get breakfast at Crabtree before everything else opens up at 11 o’clock or 10. I love their new breakfast menu check out the crew!

From A Unique Perspective
I was in town this past Saturday for an R&B concert and came here with my sister to order some food before getting ready for the concert. Overall the food was good. However, out of all the Chick Fil A's I've ever been to, as far as customer service and satisfaction I have to sadly say this was the worst one. It was a busy Saturday afternoon so I can understand being tired but once they handed me my food I stood there in the corner near the counter hoping someone would come by and assist me. I stood there I know a good 5 minutes and the employees acted as if they didn't see me, except one young lady who did come by and ask what was wrong. I just wanted to know if they had buffalo sauce dip because they put 3 packs of hot sauce in my food bag but she told me they were out of those for now. I appreciate her answering my question but really? I've NEVER been to a Chick Fil A where they run out of the dipping sauce for their nuggets/chicken strips! LOL...
Overall most of the places I've been to in Raleigh have great customer service but I wasn't impressed with this particular Chick Fil A.

The Latin lady who is in front serving us is very rude in the way she serves, it is not the first time that has happened to me when she serves us I will definitely not return (a lady with red hair and glasses)
