From A Unique Perspective
I was in town this past Saturday for an R&B concert and came here with my sister to order some food before getting ready for the concert. Overall the food was good. However, out of all the Chick Fil A's I've ever been to, as far as customer service and satisfaction I have to sadly say this was the worst one. It was a busy Saturday afternoon so I can understand being tired but once they handed me my food I stood there in the corner near the counter hoping someone would come by and assist me. I stood there I know a good 5 minutes and the employees acted as if they didn't see me, except one young lady who did come by and ask what was wrong. I just wanted to know if they had buffalo sauce dip because they put 3 packs of hot sauce in my food bag but she told me they were out of those for now. I appreciate her answering my question but really? I've NEVER been to a Chick Fil A where they run out of the dipping sauce for their nuggets/chicken strips! LOL...
Overall most of the places I've been to in Raleigh have great customer service but I wasn't impressed with this particular Chick Fil A.

Stop here to get food but they did not have a good menu. The ladies were polite, but the manager was passive aggressive and rude. I did not feel welcomed nor heard. I will avoid this location in the future.

I live near the mall and it’s convenient.However today I was treated very rudely by a black female manager. I am paying for my granddaughter food when I was told to move, while I still paying.I spoke to another black female manager who was no better, all she kept saying was I’m sorry. It’s bad enough we live in a world where rudeness is a constant thing towards people of color, but when you have to deal with it from those in management makes me sick to my stomach.

I stopped by the Crabtree Valley Mall location in Raleigh, NC for a late lunch but ended up NOT getting any food. They were having issues with locating my rewards via my telephone number and said it did not exist even though it does exist and confirmed my account after logging in. But this was not why I didn't go ahead and order anyway. The reason was the way I was treated in a no caring way by Manager Ricky. It was clear after trying to get help from Ricky that I was NOT important in his world. I was very disappointment in his non shallot attitude and this is not the Chick-fil-A way! I was really looking forward to my Chick-fil-A sandwiches and fries. Since this franchise doesn't really seem to care about the customer, I am sure Corporate does. I will be reaching out to them just to give them the details on how I was treated at one of their locations.
If you are a guy and want to pick up here expect delay and “special” scrutiny because you’re a guy. Terrible service.

Maria was extremely rude when we were asking questions to confirm if our app was scanned. She was also rude when asking to confirm which sunjoy had unsweet tea in it, typically they press the caps buttons down to specify - but she didn’t and spoke to us with an attitude and plain simply will not go again.
