I was in town this past Saturday for an R&B concert and came here with my sister to order some food before getting ready for the concert. Overall the food was good. However, out of all the Chick Fil A's I've ever been to, as far as customer service and satisfaction I have to sadly say this was the worst one. It was a busy Saturday afternoon so I can understand being tired but once they handed me my food I stood there in the corner near the counter hoping someone...
I requested extra pickles the cashier didn't advise of .40 additional charge for 3 extra pickles. I don't mind the charge but I do expect to be advised of charge before the order is complete.As this was in a food court so there was no way to see small print on menu.
I was having a really bad day, and Ben took really great care of me in the drive thru line. He made my lunch break so much better. I wish there were more compassionate people like him.
