I just want to say that my experience at this Chick-fil-A and the one Wake Forest have been phenomenal when you ask for your food fresh you don’t get it just came up. They drop it fresh and allow you to wait for it as you choose and for that, I am so appreciative and I went to Chick-fil-A today on Capital and the manager there I believe her name Is Imoni And I apologize if I’m saying it incorrectly, but she was wonderful. She’s good at her job and I pray nothing but good things for her and for the restaurant itself kudos.

Amazing and efficient
I've never had a bad experience going to a Chick-fil-a and today will not change that! The staff was prompt, professional, and delightful. When I didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted to order, the young woman didn't rush me and allowed me a moment to collect my thoughts! Thank you!

Didn’t get a chance to eat. 1 register open and a lady with a 8 1/2x11 sheet full of individual orders. So many people walking around and the other people in line just have to wait. After being ignored for 5 minutes and her 4 or 5 order… me and my wife decided to leave. Customer service was nonexistent. BoJangles thanks you. Might be a long time before we got back to this store. Disappointed

Worst Chick-fil-A experience ever. They forgot most of our order, refused to answer their phones, and were rude when we came to get our food and didn’t even remake our cold sides. Just terrible all around and not what I expect from Chick-fil-A.

There were only three cars ahead of me at a few minutes before 8 am. When I got to the window I had to wait almost five minutes. I wasn't in a hurry and figured my food would be fresh. Unfortunately, the hash browns tasted like the plastic bag dropped into the grease when they were cooking and the bread on the chicken minis was dry like they were leftover. This has never happened at Chick fil A and I'm certain it is not on brand. Doubtful I will return to this location on Capital Blvd.

We went through the drive through. Didn't realize until we got home that we were missing a brownie that was paid for.
Their customer service is 95% on point, their fulfillment process is orderly, and their facility is kept clean. At first, I was pleasantly surprised and after several visits I am to see that this their MO.
