Terrible experience, I am a signature member on the appšŸ†I visit several chick fa la’s around the triangle area frequently. This location had a management change recently and things have gone down hill since. For some reason my order is never correct going through the drive thru. Sauce is missed, large fries is missed and no ice in my drink is missed, even after repeating the order to me. Some days it’s hit or miss but this is happening too frequently. I hope someday this location does better!

First time for everything. I used my rewards for a cookie to go and after 5 minutes I had to leave, no cookie. I hope someone there enjoyed it and it wasn’t thrown away. Surprised that the service was so slow. I have never had an experience like this at any Chick-fil-A across the country.

Very kind staff. Grilled chicken nuggets are my favorite. And the Mac and cheese is creamy and delicious šŸ˜‹ with a side of ranch. My guy recommends shaking your sauce in the nugget container.

Confusing drive thru. The girl at the menu had an attitude and the girl who brought my food did too. Fries were old and hard and same for the nuggets. I recommend the other locations that are close by. Nothing friendly or fresh here.

They forgot one of my fries and didn't give me my salad dressings. This isn't the first time, it been like 10 times already . everytime I stop by i spend like 50$ or more.

First of all, Patrica should NOT be a cashier. It’s obviously too hard for her to listen and follow customer food orders. I asked for a #2 (spicy chicken sandwich) with lettuce and tomato and instead of fries, a chicken soup. I waited 15 minutes just for my drink! Then when food came, my sandwich had no lettuce or tomato and my soup wasn’t the small size it usually is, it was the big version… I was wondering why my order was more expensive this time. My boyfriend had a free sandwich on the app and redeemed it and he was still charged for the sandwich because of Patrica. He also didn’t receive lettuce or tomato of his order either. Nor did he receive the sauce he asked for when ordering with her. On my way out of the building, I heard her giving attitude to another customer asking for her drink because she had been waiting for a while as well. That was the cherry on top. Ridiculous and embarrassing. I come here very often and have never experienced such distasteful behavior from a worker there.

Need to use cones to direct the mobile drive thru vs non mobile. The line was backed out to the street with cars in the non mobile drive thru but it blocks access to the mobile drive thru.

Wished you would add option online orders to take cheese off salads. Some folks have dairy allergies. This would include UberEats, Grubhub, & DoorDash services.
Should go below option to

Worst chik fil A I’ve ever been to only chik fil A I’ve been to that does not get you in and out will take at least 20-30 min to get your order don’t go here if your short on time

Patricia is rude, I asked her for a receipt and she rolled her eyes and said rudely ā€œYES. You get everything, right hereā€. She was moving too slow and started making the drinks so I figured I wasn’t getting a receipt. Fries luckwarm, probably her fault too.
