Terrible experience, I am a signature member on the app🏆I visit several chick fa la’s around the triangle area frequently. This location had a management change recently and things have gone down hill since. For some reason my order is never correct going through the drive thru. Sauce is missed, large fries is missed and no ice in my drink is missed, even after repeating the order to me. Some days it’s hit or miss but this is happening too frequently. I hope someday this...
Very kind staff. Grilled chicken nuggets are my favorite. And the Mac and cheese is creamy and delicious 😋 with a side of ranch. My guy recommends shaking your sauce in the nugget container.
Need to use cones to direct the mobile drive thru vs non mobile. The line was backed out to the street with cars in the non mobile drive thru but it blocks access to the mobile drive thru.
