First of all I love Chick-fil-A, but this meal today was awful. I ordered the 4 count mini chicken meal for breakfast, AWFUL!
Hash browns were super soggy and the chicken minis did not taste good. Need to take a break from this Chick-fil-A.

Hi, I love Chick-Fil-A but unfortunately when I was halfway through my burger I noticed there was a hair stuck to the cheese, I'm disappointed!
The worst chickfila in the area. We ordered a salad and received no nuggets on this salad. We complained, as we literally PAID for chicken we didn't receive and the owner "Barbara" didn't acknowledge the complaint for over a week. Following her call to my husband he couldn't answer as it was the middle of the workday. He called back not 30 minutes later and "Barbara" had "left the restaurant" but the staff said they'd "relay the message." After another week, we had heard nothing, received no refund, received nothing free on the app so we submitted yet another complaint about this issue. Not only did we not receive chicken on a salad, we received no sauce we ordered, nor did we receive straws. Over a week later "Barbara" called yet again and left a very sassy message from a "No Caller ID" and said the only option was to call the store back again to give our credit card number over for a refund. No thanks! We won't be giving a "No Caller ID" our credit card number. Chickfila supposedly goes above and beyond and I've seen none of it. We won't be going to this Chickfila ever again and I suggest you don't either.

READ THE REVIEWS ! Terrible staff and Worst location i’ve ever been to and i’m not stretching it… a bunch of young teens slacking off and not doing their job. Communication from Manager was decent but from the actual staff ?? You got a better chance finding $100 on the ground. Imagine nobody being in line inside and the drive through doesn’t have a line either but you are waiting longer than 5mins to get your order placed and 5 people are behind the counter. Then you get your food and IT COMES UP WRONG. idk how this says 4 starts on google cause in maps it’s definitely a 2.5 but should be rated a 1

I work nearby and when I'm on break occasionally go to chickfila and way too often do they mess up an order of mine by missing fries, sandwiches, drinks or parts of the order or combos once or twice is one thing but multiple times past that is ridiculous to pay hard earned money and not get what I pay for

Every time, they either mess up the order or something is wrong with the food. Today, we discovered at home that the fries were undercooked.

I think yall should indicate where the line starts as it’s confusing. I had this older man cuss me out because I was on the wrong side of the line. I’m not from here so I’m not familiar with this location and I’m also autistic so I think his behavior toward me was very unacceptable. And nothing was done about it. I just left and went home as the old man made me feel very uncomfortable.
No one was inside but one person waiting for a mobile order. We walked around to wait in line to be helped. An employee kept going back and forth at the front counter ignoring us, and then went and got a mobile order for the person and then walked away and continued to ignore us. So we left. Ignorant behavior - if there's no customers, you don't have a job. We were purposely ignored and the employee pretended she didn't see us and never said a word. McDonald's has better service. Not one employee even greeted or said "one moment".
