Normally I’m not into chain restaurants but this place has some of the best service I’ve gotten. The food comes out quickly and I’m never sitting for long with an empty glass.

I was very disappointed this go round! Our waitress was was a very chill but nice older lady. She had to end up working the takeout counter towards the middle of our dinning, which was fine because she still checked on us. The problem was when the food came out. My quesadilla explosion salad had chicken that looked like it was broiled with no kind of favor and my husband had a 3 meat fajita with chicken that was burnt on the bottom (only because it was a sizzling plate)and broiled on the top. I couldn't finish my salad because it was missing that extra factor it used to have! Not sure if I will return in the future.

I wanted all drums w my wings and the manager Amani came up to me and said they couldn’t do that because they already portion out the wings which I know is a lie I was OK with that however had she not approached me looking like she smelled a dog turd… And I told her that I wasn’t going to eat the flats and she could give them to somebody else and I would just pay double for the correct amount of drums and she said OK. I guess we can do that and roll her eyes as she walked away. By far. The worst experience with a so-called manager I have ever had in my managerial career, however the bartenders Brighton and Katie were very sweet and attentive, and we’re very apologetic for the interaction for this. I will never come to this location again you just lost some good business Chili’s. I hope you find better managers to provide better customer service for your store.

My husband and I grabbed dinner at this Chili’s tonight, and Crystal was our waitress. Right from the start Crystal was friendly, accommodating, and went out of our way to make sure that we had a good meal. We both left with a smile on our face and will def be returning!

Me and my family came to eat lunch here. The food was good but what stood out was the absolutely amazing care by our server Sharonda. While there she checked on us several times and was very attentive with us and her other tables. We were all impressed and incredibly happy to have received such top notch customer service. We really enjoyed our meal at this location due to the wonderful service we received.

I will not be returning to this establishment. I highly recommend avoiding this location, particularly the bar area. Our server, Brandon, provided subpar service. Despite acknowledging our arrival, he chose to attend to someone else he was familiar with. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing and I will not be back. The service displayed racist behavior, I advise against visiting this establishment, it was the worst.
