My husband and I had lunch there on Sat., 12/13. It was honestly one of the most pleasant experiences we've ever had when dining out. The greeter was wonderful, the server(s) were excellent, and the manager was fantastic. All were very friendly, efficient and attentive. My husband's orders ALWAYS have something wrong (he's very picky) but he found no complaints whatsoever which is a miracle. If it wasn't so far from us, we'd eat their every weekend. Oh...
Owner, can you please ensure pickups are made fresh and not ready one minute after ordered? It makes one question how long the food has already been sitting there, then the food sits there while we drive to pick up, and continues to sit on our drive home etc

Sat immediately, greeted immediately, server was super nice and food was delicious. Been a while since I ate at a Chilis but had to get the Wicked themed margaritas before we saw Wicked: For Good. Triple Dippers were also bangin’.
