Normally I’m not into chain restaurants but this place has some of the best service I’ve gotten. The food comes out quickly and I’m never sitting for long with an empty glass.
I was very disappointed this go round! Our waitress was was a very chill but nice older lady. She had to end up working the takeout counter towards the middle of our dinning, which was fine because she still checked on us. The problem was when the food came out. My quesadilla explosion salad had chicken that looked like it was broiled with no kind of favor and my husband had a 3 meat fajita with chicken that was burnt on the bottom (only because it was a sizzling plate)and broiled...
My husband and I grabbed dinner at this Chili’s tonight, and Crystal was our waitress. Right from the start Crystal was friendly, accommodating, and went out of our way to make sure that we had a good meal. We both left with a smile on our face and will def be returning!
