I haven’t ordered the grilled chicken sandwich in awhile. Had one the other day - it consisted mainly of the bun and a pile of overcooked bacon. A small piece of chicken was underneath (nowhere close to the generous portion this sandwich previously had). The fries were different too and not in a good way.

I always ask for my burger well well done. Despite emphasizing how well I would like my burger prepared, it is always undercooked. Which is a health and safety issue. When I complain to management they insist I bring the burger back in the same day and gave me a $10 gift card. This is the 4th time my burger has been undercooked so it seems that no one is talking to the cooks. At this point I just stopped going to location. For the past two weeks, I’ve been trying to make time to stop by this Chili’s for lunch, and today I finally did — it was absolutely worth the wait. The food was great, fresh, and full of flavor.
What really made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone was pleasant, friendly, and incredibly attentive to our needs from the moment we walked in. It’s not every day you receive service that genuinely makes you feel welcomed and taken care of.
I’ll definitely be returning soon! Highly recommend this location for a great meal and even better service.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, worst restaurant experience I have had. I waited 20 minutes for a server to come over after being seated. And then waited 10 more minutes for our drinks once ordered. Once our food was ordered, our server disappeared. Not once did we see her walking around or anything. We waited forever for our food and once it arrived it was not correct. My food was okay, but my boyfriend’s food was not even close to being right. No one was around to even get them to fix this. The only workers we saw were the hostess and the people who clean the tables. Worst restaurant ever, ruined this chain restaurant for me. I will never step foot in another chilis

Even after telling my server that I’m allergic to wheat and needed corn tortillas, the kitchen staff gave me wheat. If I hadn’t caught the error I would have been sick for two days. I told another employee about the error and he brought over corn tortillas. Unfortunately, he opened the rolled package up and touched the food with his hands to proved to me that the tortillas were indeed corn. Truly disgusting and totally unsanitary. Like that Taylor Swift song, I will never ever, ever, ever go there again. Food safety is imperative.
