This is the usual chili's location that we visit, but today it was not it. I ordered the Texas cheese fries as an appetizer with our drinks. They arrived and the fries had 5 japaño slices on the middle top of the plate and they put Lettuce on top, they don't come with Lettuce. When the food runner came to bring our food and pick up the plates from the appetizer I requested a refill on my drink. The ribs were not as tasty, but they were ok. After 15 minutes or server finally when to check on our table and once again, I requested a refill on my drink because it haven't arrived. I finished what I could of my meal and 20 more minutes passed and still no drink.By the time we requested to go boxes and the server appear again on our table she finally brought me my drink in a to go cup and apologized because she though someone else had brought it before.Place was also not the cleanest but I guess that was due to the Saturday rush.

Ordered a to go order. Ordered the smokehouse platter with 3 meats, 2 sides, and garlic bread. Only had one side, was missing my fries, and missing the garlic bread. Also ordered the Nashville Hot Crispers and just received regular chicken crispers. Street corn was not good. Wish the store would compensate me for the missing items I paid for and did not receive. Horrible experience and store did not give me what I ordered.

The weirdest trip to a Chilis ever. The hostess immediately walked up to us and said “it’ll be ten minutes”. No greeting at all. She was grumpy the whole time and was talking so loud I could overhear her complaining about the job she’s literally paid to do lol WILDDDD. Anyway, half of the servers sat in the back at a table talking and on their phones while people were waiting to be seated. It obviously wasn’t that busy. The drinks were strong though so it made the absolute tea they were spilling the whole time that much more interesting. Idk man, it was just super unprofessional. Didn’t see a single manager controlling the situation. I would personally be so embarrassed to have my break next to the table I was serving. Weirddddddd.

NEW MANAGEMENT?? I have to say I am impressed!!! I don't know what changed, but a year ago, that place was disgusting. It was not clean. They had very few waitresses, so they were always ridiculously busy handling a lot of tables. As you could imagine, understaffed service was not good. And the food, you never knew. I stopped visiting this place because of the bad customer service. Today, I decided to give it a chance. And WOW, the place is absolutely clean, it was busy but still plenty of waitresses, they gave us amazing service, and the food was really good. 5 stars for you guys!! Thank you, I don't know all the names, but it was on March 15th, 2024, from 6 pm to 7:30 pm. You guys know who was there. Keep it going! Thank you again!"

The food was great. Got the tripple dipper with mozzarella sticks, hiloney Chipotle tenders, and sliders...all perfection. I may go once a month. The only negative is the waitress was a bit forgetful and slow to refill drinksl..she offered to get singers for my daughters bday..but that never happened..and once she gave us the bill, she never came back. I had a q about the bill and it took over 15 minutes to flag her down. She also said she would get us crayons for our kids, never got them. But the food was amazing.

Save your money and go somewhere else. Or at least don’t get anything to-go here. Maybe the food is better when you order it for sit down but honestly the most mid burger. The side cesar salad had no dressing and had more parmesan than lettuce and the croutons were stale as hell.The girl working the to-go area was sweet though.
I guess it depends on which day you go or who may be managing, you may feel slighted on portions. Overall, it's your average Chili's .Does that say something?

Came here with my husband's family (9 ppl total), and they were able to seat all of us together. We got their three item dinner special, which was fairly priced. The portions were HUGE, which is not terrible, but we weren't expecting it ?. Overall, it was a good place to bring a family for dinner.
