Didn't go in, but have had multiple orders delivered. The food is fresh, hot, and tasty. I cannot comment on napkin size because it's not relevant. I even got an order wrong, and the store called me to clarify. That doesn't happen anymore.

I really enjoy the food at China Won. It definitely reminds me of the Chinese takeout places in NYC. I think the food tastes great. The portion sizes are good. They always get our order right. We’ve struggled to find really good takeout in the south, and I feel this place is quite close to authentic.

I really didn't like the food. No real flavor. The plate had so much broccoli (which is not my favorite) that the rest of the food was lost in the mix.
Wow. My aunt and I went for a quick lunch. We ordered different entrees, and both were tasteless. It wasn't horrible, just quite simply tasteless. We had to ask for multiple packets of soy sauce to make it edible. The napkins are the size of cocktail napkins. The floor was dangerously slippery, so much so the staff was walking gingerly and almost fell. The staff was also talking at an exceedingly high decibel level in the kitchen. And the lady who took our order, although very nice, could not communicate clearly in English. Needless to say, we won't be back.

Food was very flavorful with large portions. I like that you can order multiple sizes of the dishes to match what you need. It will be great in the future for takeout for my family. Service was fast and helpful. It is a small minimal restaurant so the ambiance wasn't anything special but I don't care as much about that.

Had shrimp and broccoli with fried rice. That rice flavor was EXCELLENT! Broccoli and carrots cooked just right. Also, I can't say enough about the customer service...phenomenal and gentleman at the counter was very friendly and nice and made sure I was maximizing my money based on what I wanted. I'd come back just off the customer service alone! Looking forward to lunch there again soon!
