Chipotle Mexican Grill

Horrific service they employ people who do not speak English and then overcharge you, charged me and my buddy double back to back. Rude entire way through the line. Portions awful too.

Easily the worst customer service I have ever received. No one was wearing name tags so I am unsure who to complain about but I was there at 12:30 pm on 12/11/2025 and the lady working the line had the worst manners and customer service. You never tell the customer they cannot have more of something, especially after they offer to PAY EXTRA. I frequent many chipotles and acquire thousands of points a year but the lack of customer service has definitely steered me away from ever coming to this location or any in the Raleigh area again.

Just had it delivered with Uber Eats, in what world is this a full bull? They rip of delivery customers

Extremely rude and disrespectful staff. Every time I come to this Chipotle, the employees are more often then not having a bad day and taking it out on the customers.

Went to the designated parking for this chipotle and now I have a 90$ bill for unauthorized parking? The sign says for chipotle customers so I’m confused

Tried ordering delivery on a Thursday night after a late night at work. Nothing fancy. Y'all. Not only did they forget two orders of chips (but sent all the sauces) - the just mailed it in on my quesadilla sides. No way they're out of sour cream, pico, AND chips.

My son was getting a food to dinning in and eat inside the restaurant, 15 days latter we received a letter telling us we have to pay$ 90 for non archurized parking , it very ridiculous to get that. It is not the type of service, they are try to steal your money. Do not eat there any more , food is bad and not clean. My son also get sick and service very bad

This location consistently gives half the protein portions of every other chipotle, and is overall a rather lousy experience.

One member of the team was very rude and disrespectful. Their portions go smaller by the day and when I said ill pay extra for the chicken (which btw was burnt), he threw my plate to the next guy in line as a way to show attitude. Very unprofessional and pathetic, mannerless as a person. Customers are not getting the food for free and at-least behave normally when you serve them, their behavior is as if they are doing you a favor.
