Why is pickup unavailable for online ordering ???

I paid for a barbacoa burrito and I received a freaking veggie, this was a waste of money and food!!

I don't know who these clowns that they have working in there today, but they need to be trained again. Apparently they don't even know how to make a burrito. You don't put all the stuff in the center and ball it up and then give it to the customer. And then on top of that I didn't get a bag.
Then when I tried to explain it to her, apparently she don't understand English, she standing there looking like she caught in the snow.

door dashed a burrito from here and they put sour cream in it… I never asked for it nor did it say on my order when I double checked that I asked for sour cream. it literally takes MORE effort to put sour cream.. I don’t get it. I cant have dairy. Night ruined.

I asked for a bowl of rice and chicken, but she added some fajita and onion toppings. I didn’t want those, so I asked her to take them off. She took the toppings off the bowl and wanted to keep my order going. I told her I need to replace the bowl because I don’t eat onion or any of that stuff. But she wouldn’t change the bowl for me. She said either I take it or we’re not serving you.

Not feeling the parking lot. It's really suspicious. But the atmosphere is nice as long as you don't mind a bunch of college students everywhere.

Parking: Behind the restaurant and dark. Not ideal for a female traveling alone. It could appear scary.

I asked for rice and chicken and pinto beans from the first section and when i went to the second section I asked for sour cream and I noticed that there is stuff on my bowl that I didn’t ask for like onion and fajita i told the girl that I don’t like the taste of onion and she removed it from the bowl but i told her if you don’t mind can you change the bowl because i don’t like the taste of the onion she told me I removed the onion so there is no taste left in the bowl i told her that doesn’t make sense you just removed the onion from my bowl so I know for a fact there gone be a taste of onion on my order she looked at me like she doesn’t want to serve me i told her if you don’t mind can you make me a new bowl she refused like she’s going to pay for it from her own pocket when i try to reach out to customers support no one follows up with me

Crooks. It says parking is free if you stay for less than an hour and you scan a QR code inside the store. Stayed less than an hour and got a fine. Hopefully they get sued and go out of business and go to prison.

I call it the misery factory because going here makes me miserable. You have a 1/3 chance of getting a nice person making your burrito who will take time to drain the beans and give you a reasonable scoop of chicken. Otherwise you have sad looking people making sad looking burritos that turn out small and soggy.
