Chipotle Mexican Grill

I usually go around noon on weekdays for lunch. Portion sizes have been getting smaller while prices remain high. It seems management is intentionally reducing serving sizes. One manager (or employee) even loudly reprimanded a coworker for giving what used to be the normal portion.

We got a Chipotle Party Pack for 10. It was delicious! Plenty of protein and sides. My family loved it. It came in a beautiful box, ordered ahead and pick up exactly on time.

Place has been going down hill. Inconsistent food measuring between preparers, inconsistent price for the same exact meal every time which should be 18.46. Today I bought my usual. Bowl with brown rice, 2 full meats (steak and chicken), brown beans, peppers and onions, sour cream, and guac. 23.38 a 5.00 increase over same meal last month? Further, I got probably a quarter less food than I normally get. Not happy with the inconsistencies and lack of interest from the folks that work there.

Hit and miss. Not enough toppings. Chicken over charred. Feel like their goal is to make your food as fast as possible with the least quality. Costs are also insane.

The girl that worked on 3/6/25 and closed is very rude and needs to be fired .

Rice was very undercooked making every bite hard and crunchy. Had to throw away my whole bowl. What a waste of money.

I don’t go to this location anymore because every time it is either overly salty (have never experienced this at another location, and I have POTS, so if it tastes salty to me, that meant it is greatly over seasoned because I have to add salt to everything), incorrect order during mobile orders, and/ or unpleasant employee interactions.

Visited at 8pm, they were out of vegetables and were not making more. With prices up the least they can do is have all the options available.
