I always have a great experience at Chipotle! The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. The ingredients taste clean, and I love being able to customize my bowl exactly how I want it. The staff is usually fast and friendly, even during busy times, and the line moves quicker than you’d expect. The restaurant is kept tidy, and I appreciate that they’re generous with portions. Whether it’s a quick lunch or a late dinner, Chipotle never disappoints. Highly recommend!

The food is what you expect from Chipotle. The service is not good. Seems like everyone was just there for a check and didnt care about a clean work station or the ability to wrap a burrito. Also, had to remind a server to wash their hands before beginning to make my meal. They came from outside and went to put on gloves and when I mentioned to wash their hands, theh stated that they did before entering the building outside and continued to put on gloves and make my meal. I didnt make an issue but told them I didnt want anything to eat. My companion did continue to allow the other server to complete their meal and theh ats their food. I declined to have food made for me.

Smallest servings from this Chipotle recently. Clearly, the manager is keeping a close eye. My friend and I got burritos, and the rice and beans were barely added. I would have been alright with a small serving size of chicken, and it still would have made me a little mad, but the fact that they were doing small servings of rice and beans made me write the review. The food tasted good, so I give it a 2-star instead of 1. The staff was also not the best.

The unsweet tea is frequently very weak. I've told the mgr a few times, but it hasn't improved...at least not on my last visit. Note to mgr: it is easy for the customer to dilute strong tea to make it weaker if desired. The opposite is really hard for the customer to fix.

By far the worst location you can go to. Its very clear nobody that works here wants to work here. Everyone has an attitude and it feels like an inconvenience that a paying customer is here. The dining area is never clean. I asked the lady making my bowl for a side of salt. She literally lied and said they dont have salt. Like what do u salt your chips with... dont worry I will spend my money at another location.
Not the cleanliness. I am starting to believe all of the Chipotles need a change in staff. This was the second 1 in 2 weeks different cities that I was not impressed with. I will just give them a break for awhile until I feel they get it together. If you don't have customers you have time to clean and prep, I am just saying.

Worst burrito ever, how do you mess up 4 ingredients? Chees, chicken, rice and sour cream. My burrito was 98% rice and it wasn't even mixed. Left half and middle was rice while the right was a thin sliver of sour cream covered chicken. Did I mention I payed for extra chicken? Awful experience and the woman making it was on the Phone The whole time. 15 dollars for that garbage.
