This is our absolute best value for fast food! We often share a Chicken bowl as there is SO much food in one serving that we are both full.

Worst burrito ever, how do you mess up 4 ingredients? Chees, chicken, rice and sour cream. My burrito was 98% rice and it wasn't even mixed. Left half and middle was rice while the right was a thin sliver of sour cream covered chicken. Did I mention I payed for extra chicken? Awful experience and the woman making it was on the Phone The whole time. 15 dollars for that garbage.

This Chipotle needs some love... disappointing. The quality of food at this location is much lower than other locations. The chips and meats are overly greasy. The guacamole and lettuce did NOT look fresh during lunch rush. The counter food-prep staff could be a bit friendlier. Most notably, the cleanliness of the restaurant (especially the restrooms) needs improvement. The combination of sub-par food and uncleanliness made the dining experience below expectations.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor access and lots of room for wheelchairs.

I never had such a terrible experience until now. This place is poorly managed, even the manager themselves are disrespectful and I truly wish I could recommend it. Stay FAR from here, food is either cold or wrong. They don’t care and it’s obvious. This place needs better management and better ownership.

I was skeptical to visit this location based on the reviews however I was pleasantly surprised. Large portions and everything tasted good and was cooked properly. Ordered the vegetable bowl. The girl at the cash register was friendly and the inside of the store was clean at 7pm on a Wednesday night, no line.

That brisket bowl... don't have enough meat. Bowl + guacamole + chips= $18.42.
The customer service is horrible. They rush you through the line and forgot to include the tortilla and chipotle vinaigrette I asked for. ALL employees have nasty attitudes. It’s dirty every single time I go to get food.

Just seen a post that said “we leaving Chipotle in 2024” and I just might. At least this location. Chipotle BEEN slacking w their food and EXTRA slacking w their service. I got a salad and the cashier was mad I asked for extra dressing. 😂 legit caught an attitude. Same guy got mad cuz another customer asked why their door was open (it was 30 degrees) and he rolled his eyes and said its broken. Well sir how TF would we know- it’s propped open. Like relax. I wish I would have gotten his name but I was so over it. It was 12/12/24 probably around 8ish.
Zero. ALL TABLES INSIDE FILTHY and floor under all tables FILTHY. It's 2pm. We had to go outside on the patio. THE TABLES OUTSIDE WERE THE ONLY CLEAN TABLES AT RESTAURANT. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Employee drinking at the fountain machine as if they're at home. I only came here because I'm just trying to get back on the road after leaving the hospital. NEGATIVE STARS. Whoever the manager is not doing their job, & employees aren't either. Nasty, FILTHY establishment. There is no trashcan for the patio, so trash just blows around. I had to go inside to get 2 lids because we were not given any. They didn't even give us. Thankfully, the weather is good. I should've gotten it to go. MEAT, RICE, & BEANS - ALL COLD, not even luke warm, and these are all supposed to be hot. I was going to go ask them to microwave my bowl. The bottom of the bowl wasn't even warm , so the wells for these food items are not working or need to be serviced. I forgot to look at what the health grade is. It can't be good with these terrible practices.

Ordered online thru Doordash at 11:09, right after opening. Now I usually order from Strickland Rd because it's closer but somehow my order was sent to Glenwood Ave. It is now 12:01 and my food still hasn't arrived. I find it hard to believe that there is a line that long out the door of people waiting to get food. But lesson learned, I'll double check my delivery location next time. Oh yeah they offered me free chips and guacamole for my next order.

Everytime I go here there’s something wrong with it. Either it’s dry, dude puts nothing on it, or they’re out of burrito tortillas. The atmosphere is not welcoming, it feels like they all just want you to leave so they can leave. I would save yourself your time and money.

Came around 11 am. A whole bunch of teens beat me to the door and I thought I was going to be there forever!! But this chipotle is on top of thing. In and out in a jiffy and I was able to get back to work on time!
