This is my first google review ever, I didn’t even want to leave it but the service was beyond horrible I could not miss the opportunity to express my disappointment. I walk in they’re playing music off a speaker so unprofessional, no care for the quality of food and it was only 9 something so I’m super confused. Saying they’re out of things I clearly see with my own eyes, product obviously in need of refilling but proudly serving it. I eat chipotle ever once in a blue moon and this is the service, experience, and quality of food I’m presented? NEVER AGAIN I could’ve saved my $20 and made something at home for that.

I always have issues when I go here. I worked at a chipotle before. I understand it gets stressful anywhere you work especially in food service. I’m driving by after a long day of work (9a-10:30p), see they are still open for another 10 mins so I attempt to grab a quick bite . Nope doors locked, crew just looking at me like im an alien or something…meanwhile there’s a pair of people eating on their patio. With all the past issues then this experience. This Chipotle does not exist to me anymore I will never return here under any circumstances. I have been a customer here for 3 years, The food quality was always questionable, under cooked rice, thrown together tacos with literally toppings mostly on the outside of the tortillas (complete mess to try and eat), unfriendly service and now the door is locked and they are clearly supposed to be open….I really hope this location gets better and hopefully you dont lose anymore customers but I am absolutely fed up with this location. I can’t depend on them for decent service no matter what time I show up so I wont do that anymore.

6602 Glenwood Ave.First I will say the food was very tasty.What there was of it anyway.The grim and moody young man preparing our bowls didn't come close to filling the serving spoons.He shook most of it off and gingerly put the smallest amount of each item I requested in the bowl.He gave us the impression that we were imposing on him.I walked away feeling insulted and intimidated.Child size portions.Full size price.We frequently shop in the area and expect to stop in again to give the place another chance.Hopefully this wretched young man will no longer be employed there.The employees at the Chipotle in the Wake Forest location are so warm and friendly.It's so nice to be greeted with a sincere warm smile.You feel so welcomed.Their food is delicious and the portions of each item requested are the appropriate spoonful.They set the bar.5 ***** to Wake Forest!PS - Louisburg, N C. needs a Chipotle of their own!

I got 2 bowls from here thinking it’s going to be good as the other chipotle I go to but unfortunately they disappointed me in every way possible, I was rushed with my food and they barely put meat or topping in general and the bowls were messed up the toppings I wanted in one got put in the other and everything was wrong, my husband came to eat his bowl and found a hair!!!!!and the place was messy, just very disappointed with the food

Absolutely appalling service and egregious disregard for customer requests at this location. Despite its apparent cleanliness and prompt service, the real issue lies in the miserly food portions that are consistently served. On my latest visit, I explicitly asked for double chicken, only to be met with what can only be described as a display of stinginess. The server’s attempt at a ‘double’ portion was laughably inadequate, barely reaching what one would expect from a single serving. It’s disheartening to report that this was not a one-off incident but a persistent problem I’ve encountered on all three of my visits to this particular Chipotle. The attached image speaks volumes – after moving the toppings a bit for clarity, the chicken is virtually nonexistent. For a request of double chicken, the serving is shockingly sparse, revealing a broader issue of portion skimping that seems to be the norm here, unlike any other location in the area. This consistent under-serving not only disrespects the customer’s request but also questions the value proposition of dining here.
