Placed an Uber Eats order and my Carnitas burrito was just rice and cheese. The other 3 orders were missing add ons and one missing protein when double protein was paid for. Uber refunded but this location feels like it deliberately shorts delivery orders.

The Honey Chipotle Chicken was good. The worker was rude when I asked abt grilling my burrito. He rudely declined. The restaurant wasn't packed and there was nobody behind me...he was just rude for no reason

This is the worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. I got there at 10:58 in the morning and there was a trash bin outside the location and it was completely full. This just shows they did not empty the trash the night before. Admittedly it's a shared garbage can for the strip that it's in but it is right outside their door. Upon entering the store it just appeared dirty. I ordered a chicken salad bowl. The chicken was dry and pretty much burnt at first I thought it was beef when I was looking in the observation window over the serving area. The salsa verde was really weird it was not mixed correctly or something because it was just an odd color. When I was at the cash register to pay I asked the young man who was very nice if he could give me a small little plastic cup with some of their salt in it. Out of nowhere a short woman with a red wig came out and started yelling that that was not done at Chipotle. Not talking.. yelling at me. I said ma'am they do it at the other Chipotles I have been to and she said no they don't do that at any Chipotle. I said I've had this done for me many times at Chipotle and she said no it is not done anywhere at any Chipotle. I asked if she was saying I was lying? They do it at the two Chipotles in Garner. And she said, well I don't know what they do but we don't do it here. This is all done at a very loud volume. If she had just come to me nicely and said sir that's against company policy so we can't do that for you in a normal speaking tone that would have been one thing. But yelling at me like she's got some authority up on her is a little ridiculous. I mean, cmon she's working at a fast food establishment. Hey I'm just a plumber and I don't go yelling at my clients when they want some type of faucet that I don't recommend.In the end the customer pays my bills. I will not come back to this location. Life is too short to deal with horrible attitudes and there are too many other good choices out there to give these people my money.

I was there today trying to buy a salad, I told the clerk I wanted lettuce (no rice no beans) so please put enough lettuce, she served me and I told her a little more and another person there said no more and I told her I wanted more lettuce because I didn't want rice or beans and she said they didn't have that much lettuce and I didn't want to start an argument so I just left. I don't understand what kind of service is they giving me that I'm going to pay for my food and the employees want to decide how much I should put in because they don't have enough during the day. Terrible service, I'm disappointed because I love Chipotle food.

Terrible service, the guys who served with a bad temper, as if people were going to ask for free or as if they had to work forced, the food didn't taste bad but it made our stomach upset... I would hardly recommend this place or I would buy again!

I have ordered delivery from this location multiple times and always have problems with my order. (Probably 5 times now). I love Chipotle, so I keep ordering, because really how could they KEEP MESSING IT UP EVERYTIME!? I really don't have any issues when I go into the store, but I have a baby at home and sometimes it's best to get delivery. It shouldn't matter. The order should be right either way. Tonight one bowl was completely wrong rice, meat, and toppings. Our kids Quesadilla was missing chips and juice. I never write reviews. I even tried to call, but can't get a human on the phone. I will not waste my money again at this location.

Food tasted fine but portions were TERRIBLE. I ordered two burritos and one was short and stubby (4in) while the other one was tall for the same price. (10in) The soda machine would only give water from 3 of the selections instead of the Dr Pepper or lemonade.
