AVOID THIS LOCATION. Customer service is trash. I asked for extra fajita veggies and got 5 total — 2 onions and 3 peppers. That’s skimpy and ridiculous.
The woman working the line by the rice/protein around 6 PM was talking under her breath with an attitude the entire time. If you hate your job, that’s not the customer’s problem. You applied for it. Take that frustration up with management or corporate for running promos not out on paying customers.

This location simply DOES NOT CARE!!! I come here frequently and EVERY SINGLE TIME its trashed, there is all empty juice dispensers. Every single time i have to tell them they are out of something and they just shrug their shoulders like what did i expect them to do? Out of all the staff to look up at me and not a single one thought to greet a guest THAT IS WAITING TO ORDER while there are ZERO other guests
Like why would I come in there and pay extra for mid food and trash service?!??!
I'd rather go wait in a 15 car drive thru than leave this place feeling like garbage

This is the worst chipolte I’ve ever been too. I made a google account just to say this it was that bad. Staff didn’t listen or hear me and I looked away for one second and got the wrong item in a bowl so they had to remake it and were pissed they had to do that like it was my fault. Both times the portion was smaller than any chipolte has done. Had empty items. Didn’t ask if I wanted a drink and were rushing. The drink station was filthy no lids or forks had to ask for a both and it was like a terrible inconvenience. While all that was going on another customer asked to recycle a bottle and when they said it was trash and he walked away they just started bantering amongst eachother saying how stupid he was. I know one customer won’t make a difference but that’s definitely the last time I go to that one.

Probably the worst portion sized of any Chipotle I’ve been too. From their bags of chips, to the scoops of meat, even to the rice. Actually kind of shocking how little food you get. Please go to the Chipotle off Falls of the Neuse it’s about ten minutes away, and you actually get what you pay for.

Everyone at this location need to be fired or shut this location down. Employees refusing to remake food that THEY gave away to a DoorDash driver because they can’t take 30 seconds to double check. Attitudes, stingy portions, dirty tables, old food. Why would anyone continue giving this location business? Not me. Do better, chipotle.
