I normally go to this location since it is less than a mile away from my apartment. But I will no longer be going to this location. I placed an order to be picked up at 7:30 pm. When I arrived, one of the workers asked me if I had a to go order. I gave her the order info and she then proceeded to tell me they didn’t have that order in their system. I explained that this is the location that it was ordered, the manager then says that it is not in their system because they already gave that order out to the wrong person and have no way of knowing if I sent someone inside to take my order for me. He then tells me that there is nothing that they can do, not even a refund for their obvious mistake…then tells me I would have to place a new order. I have been treated poorly before by restaurants but never in this way, especially by a manager. The fact of the matter is THEY messed up by giving my order to someone else, but expected me to go on the app and buy dinner again. Worst chipptle location ever .

This chipotle is really worst - it clearly says open in the online and even on the outside store it says open till 11 pm but when we trying to enter at 10pm they were saying closed only for me. But few enter after we come and they allowed them. I can’t understand how rude the staff was when we enter.

To be honest, I went more often, but the last few times they didn't have guacamole, pico de Gallo, no lettuce, no cheese or many other things, they served me very badly so I wasn't going to pay for something that I couldn't put on what I usually consume. I don't feel like they work well anymore.

About to leave NC to move back to California. Wanted to eat some chipotle after seeing someone eating it on TikTok. Hmm chipotle sounds good before the long drive. Customer service ignored my fiancée. It’s online orders only and no entry. They gave me a double wrapped burrito that’s double wrapped on together instead of covering each others opening so the insides spilt out onto my napkin covering me (thank god, I put down napkins). My burrito looked like slop basically. Fools out here hating their jobs and treating their customers like pigs. Trash chipotle location, go to falls of the neuse location instead. Just straight trash as a whole. Never again.

This was my first time at this location, and I usually like Chipotle for fast casual, but this particular location really surprised me... it just wasn't clean.The sneeze guard was heavily smudged (top, front, backside... it almost looked like someone had wiped it the day before with a dirty rag, and then a lot of smudges were added). The front door glass was heavily smudged as well. The soda fountain area wasn't clean. The kitchen prep areas weren't clean (I'm not saying it wasn't sanitary because I don't know, but the prep table was left unattended and covered in a lot of different types of food scraps, cutting boards and knives). The tables weren't clean.It just seems like the management here has a different standard than other locations I've been to in the past.

Outside of the very friendly lady who made my bowl for me, the rest of this restaurant was not good at all. Honestly this was probably one of the most poorly run Chipotles I’ve ever been to. The bathroom was an absolute mess and it was even passcodes so people couldn’t just go in randomly. Also at the time I was there they were actually pretty slow. After getting my food I went to try and get some Chipotle Tabasco sauce which every chipotle I’ve been in has, but not this one. In fact they only had one bottle of regular Tabasco. My guess when it comes to this particular Chipotle is that it has very poor management. Chipotle corporate needs to come down here and do some serious investigating, because I doubt they want this restaurant representing their company. BTW, this is only about my 5th Google review I’ve ever written, if that tells u how bad this place is.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’ve given them so many chances thinking it was maybe a staffing issue but I can confidently say I will never be going here again. They are always out of items and the wait is ridiculous. How are you completely out of chips 2 hours before closing? This has to be a management issue.
