Never try to order online at this store.They missed couple of options. They added romaine lettuce like a seasoning 🤦🏽♂️

The rice at this location in particular is rarely ever cooked. It’s usually hard and crunchy. I would not recommend eating at this location.

Go to any other location! Sad to admit I eat chipotle multiple times a week. This is quite literally the worst location I’ve ever been to in the last decade. The staff is so incredibly rude for no reason? They actually refused to give me shredded cheese on the side…? To the heavy set woman with the glasses and awkward and combative demeanor - not sure what your problem was other than maybe you wanted to eat the cheese yourself?
Anyways, go to any other location!!

Waited for 10 minutes without anyone checking in about an order pickup, despite being very slow. It took us approaching and flagging them for their attention to get the order which was sitting on the kitchen counter the whole time.

I frequent this chipotle location often. The food is always excellent, the location clean, and the staff is always friendly. I often run into Nour who is one of the team members there, she is always very friendly, professional, and helpful.

Worst phone service ever. I just wanted to add special instructions to my order and ask a few questions and the damn robot just kept saying the same thing. They should have at least one person answering the damn phones. I wanted to speak to a real person but literally made it impossible. So annoying. I hate chipotle, my kid wanted it but from now on we will be using Cava.

I ordered a burrito online and it said it would be ready in 10 minutes. It took me 12 minutes to get there, upon my arrival it took at least 4 or 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence at the counter. When I told them my name the guy went and very begrudgingly looked at the the only three to-go bags that were there. Looked at me and said we don't have an order by that name. I then pulled my email and showed him and confirmed that it was the correct address. He went back and looked again and then handed me my bag where my name was clearly printed. I don't know if he couldn't read or what, but that type of service is unacceptable and there's a reason they have less than four stars.

When I visited this Chipotle today, no one was there to serve customers. I stood there for about ten minutes without anyone saying hello until I shouted hello. The woman who served me also had a nasty attitude; I'm not sure her name, but she was a larger white woman, and she had the worst attitude I've ever seen. In all honesty, I would give my experience here a zero out of ten. I used to enjoy visiting this restaurant when the staff was kind and provided excellent customer service, but in the past month, things have gotten worse.
Avoid this location. They will ignore you into leaving if it is past meal time
