Worst phone service ever. I just wanted to add special instructions to my order and ask a few questions and the damn robot just kept saying the same thing. They should have at least one person answering the damn phones. I wanted to speak to a real person but literally made it impossible. So annoying. I hate chipotle, my kid wanted it but from now on we will be using Cava.
I wasn't feeling this place at all.

I ordered a burrito online and it said it would be ready in 10 minutes. It took me 12 minutes to get there, upon my arrival it took at least 4 or 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence at the counter. When I told them my name the guy went and very begrudgingly looked at the the only three to-go bags that were there. Looked at me and said we don't have an order by that name. I then pulled my email and showed him and confirmed that it was the correct address. He went back and looked again and then handed me my bag where my name was clearly printed. I don't know if he couldn't read or what, but that type of service is unacceptable and there's a reason they have less than four stars.

When I visited this Chipotle today, no one was there to serve customers. I stood there for about ten minutes without anyone saying hello until I shouted hello. The woman who served me also had a nasty attitude; I'm not sure her name, but she was a larger white woman, and she had the worst attitude I've ever seen. In all honesty, I would give my experience here a zero out of ten. I used to enjoy visiting this restaurant when the staff was kind and provided excellent customer service, but in the past month, things have gotten worse.
Avoid this location. They will ignore you into leaving if it is past meal time

I came in and order a bowl with brown rice. The rice was so hard. I called and spoke to Daniella the manage. She was very dry over the phone. I arrived back for a replacement. She was rude and throwing my bowl together. Clearly you could tell she was upset.

My FAVORITE Chipotle location in all of North Carolina, I live in the triangle but whenever I need Chipotle, I always go to this one.
What a hidden gem. No lines. Good portion sizes. This is the one Chipotle where I've never felt scammed by the portions. The employees stay conistent with the portion sizes even when they're running out of one of the ingredients. I will literally go out of my way to go to this Chipotle location specifically even when there's another one closer to me.

Orders are not fulfilled successfully. Cannot get a person on the phone to speak to anyone. App gives you a bot chat partner & if you call the number, the automated person does not pass you through. Customer service is dying
