Okay I don’t usually have to complain at Chipotle because it’s usually consistent but not really exceptional. Got off the plane and needed something more filling than fast food so I thought Chipotle. Well I walk in and it’s not organized they got my food but preparation wasn’t sharp. Rolled my burrito in a half of aluminum foil so the burrito was still hanging out. Then the guacamole was brown on the bottom plus the condiment area was disgusting. Overall very weak service and food and the chips to go with the guacamole was stale. Someone needs to go regulate the standards of service because they have none.

Do not try to call Chipotle! You will get an automated message and even if you make it to the phone number of the manager at this location, the answering machine is full. The least Chipotle could do is make sure their answering machines are not full. Truly a ridiculous problem to have when message storage is roughly free at this point. We're not recording messages on a cassette are we? Are we, Chipotle?

Worst Chipotle in have been to due to the employees' attitudes...I went here at 10.30(it closes at 11) they had already kept all the chairs up and closed down the seating area, upon asking if they are open they said yes but acted so annoyed...ordered a burrito and they made it without even heating the tortilla....the employees of this locations nihhh shift are really bad

I had the best food I’ve ever had at a Chipotle, at this location, night of 2/24/25. Everything was fresh and delicious. Service was on point. My bowls were made perfectly. I was listened to and got my order exactly how I wanted it. My husband and I tried to call and tell this night staff that they were doing an awesome job. Thank you ❤️

i will not go to this location portion very tiny .when i spoke to girl about it . she said that’s our portion . i eat chipotle for long time and i know how the portion are . don’t try to cheat people on their money we don’t cone for charity.

I went to this location last night 2-6-25 and it was the worst service I’ve ever had. Upon walking in all the staff looked at me, giving me a look that they were immediately annoyed that they have a customer. When approaching the counter I passed all the dinning tables that were covered with food and had not been cleaned in a while. Finally reaching the counter the employee, unsure of his name didn’t great us or say anything, instead he said “what do you want”. At this point I was ready to leave, but against my better judgement my partner and I placed our orders. The employee made both of our orders at the same time instead of making them separately to save time, mind you we were the only customers. As such, he kept asking the same questions about what we wanted multiple times after answering. The orders were put together so sloppy and the food trays that he was scooping everything out of looked disgusting. Meanwhile the other girls working behind the counter were eating burritos, giggling and playing on their phones the whole time. Finally when I actually ate my food after taking it home cause I didn’t want to spend another minute in there, all the rice in my bowl was hard and chewy. Please don’t go to this location, there are better ones in the area with good customer service. The entire staff there needs to be let go. I won’t be returning and I would have expected better since it’s in North Hills.

Placed an order through the chipotle app for delivery. When my driver went to get my order they were told that it wasn't in their system and there was nothing they could or WOULD do. I had to contact online support, jump through hoops to talk to a real person and take a half an hour to get my money back. All because someone couldn't do their job or offer any kind of customer service.
