Went in greeted the workers and got a blank stare and a demanding “ what did you want “ than I tell the cashier that his coworkers attitude was absolutely disgusting and he says oh OK. I respond with oh so all of you just have a attitude today and he just laughs in my face and throws the bag on the counter. Not really sure what’s going on with the staff, but it seems to be all of them acting like this. I’m not sure why we’re still giving people jobs and paying them to sit here and treat people like crap

$22 for Carne asada bowl, chips & salsa, and a large drink. What a rip off! They just put their normal steak on. Looked nothing like the picture, no guacamole, and maybe 6 pieces of steak, not the twelve beautiful pieces shown.

Restaurant is clean and staff is friendly, but my 3-point chicken bowl was very light? is this the correct portion size chipotle? if so, you have lost a loyal customer. Edit: decided to do some science; According to your website, a 3 point chicken bowl should have 180 kcal of chicken and 210 kcal of rice. Quick math here: 180 kcal ÷ 165 kcal/100 g × 100 g = ~109 grams chicken. 210 kcal ÷ 130 kcal/100 g × 100 g = ~162 g rice. I work in a food safety lab. I measured my bowl to contain 54 grams chicken and 128 grams rice. What gives?! My bowl was missing 33% of the expected portion.
I don't want a freebie or a refund- just do better please. Thank you.
Half a bowl of rice and 1/4 cup of chicken for $9 is not acceptable.

On Saturday night I went and ordered the chicken bowl and they always fill your bowl up with rice and all the other things except give you like a half a scoop of chicken. But that's not the reason I'm writing this review. I got food poisoned from something that was unclean there after eating my Chipotle meal on Saturday.
Sunday and Monday I was severely sick : nausea and diarrhea ,etc and I had not eaten anything else. And my best friend had just told me a week prior not to eat here because people had died some years back from eating at Chipotle's well I will listen to him this time and me and my family will not be eating at Chipotles anymore. After trying to contact someone at the store to handle this and they only had AI and system that didn't connect me and after writing my Better Business Bureau complaint I said let me check the reviews and the reviews tells you everything you need to know to make a decision if you should eat there or not. For the safety of my family having their mom alive, I will find other Mexican restaurants that value cleanliness, quality , and customer service. Bc this has been scary 😟 🤯

I must say after visiting this location I understand why the reviews are so low. I walk in no acknowledgment just a bunch of playing as if I’m not even standing there to spend my money.. I go to the process of making my burrito and ask them to pour the vinaigrette inside of the burrito before closing it up. I have been doing this for years, but for some strange reason, they can’t do it at their location.. , I left that location and went to a new location and of course they had no problem with putting the vinaigrette inside of the burrito.

I am a vegetarian and I ordered a veggie bowl, and when I started eating it. There was a piece of chicken in it! I am very disappointed! I had to throw everything away!
Food is decent. Place always seem dirty and messy though. Tables unclean. Always takeout given this. Service was quick. Barely put any rice on my son's burrito. Smaller portions now?
