Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food was delicious. I got the carne asada bowl with the red chimichurri. The staff was accommodating enough. The place was clean and there was no wait unlike multiple diners nearby.

I order the same thing all of the time. My Burrito Bowl was fresh and delicious. However, please remember to put napkins and plasticware in the bag for DoorDash orders. Hotel guests may not have utensils.

Bring back Qdoba

The poor girl working mobile orders alone on 12/13 was very nice. She was obviously very stressed and doing the best she could. The place was packed and our mobile order was 30 minutes late. I do not blame the worker but management. There should be more than one person working mobile orders on a Saturday night. Portions were great but food was cold even though we picked it up immediately after it was made (because we waited 30 mins)…

I have been going to chipotle for years and this was the worse experience I’ve ever had. I have never written a review but felt compelled to do so because of this experience. The rice was crunchy, chicken was extremely overcooked, the sour cream was watery, and the portion size was the smallest I’ve ever seen at chipotle. Not to mention it took 5 minutes for me to be helped despite me being the only person there. I miss the Qdoba that used to be there

Went here for my lunch break and waited for 10 minutes which is fine but when I got up to the front. She asked me what protein I’d like when there was only one option. I asked if there would be anymore chicken and she said that that was all they had (steak) even though that’s not what I wanted I thought maybe it would be discounted or something. Instead I was charged 15 dollars for some cold steak and the smallest chipotle bowl I’ve ever seen.

While very nice, cashiers should be taught to change gloves in between working the register and going back to preparing food on the line.

Smallest portion sizes I’ve ever seen. It’s pretty bad when I pull the lid off and it’s clean with not even the guac stuck to it. For this place to be new I would’ve expected better.

There was a mix up with my order. I came in and they resolved it right away with no problems. I believe the man who helped me was the manager. He was very nice and saved me a lot of time!

Extremely small portions. I’m not one to typically complain about portion size but the portion I received was by far the least amount of food I have seen in a bowl at chipotle. The steak was also way over cooked.

This place was great. The employees were friendly. And the place was clean not overly busy. But it was like 5:00. On a Wed. Food was great. Hot . Lot for the price. I will come again. Other places are crowded an unfriendly.

I went here for lunch and was very surprised on the negative attitude of the workers. I politely asked for a bigger portion and was given an audible sigh and complaint back. Will not be going back.
