First visit here. Love the idea of this place, but... This is truly a fast food salad shop. Great for convenience, serving size was good but it wasn't amazing for me. You truly can make an awesome salad, so I'd score Chopt as a fast food restaurant. Not horrible but not amazing.

I had an amazing first experience at Chopt! The salads were incredibly fresh, and the ingredients tasted top-quality. You can really tell they put thought into their combinations. On top of that, the customer service was top tier, friendly, helpful, and super fast. Definitely a go-to spot when you’re craving something healthy and delicious without the wait!

I frequent this location very often. Ty and a tall, black, gentleman with glasses (sorry! I cannot remember his name) have always stood out to me even though all interactions with other staff have been positive. Each visit, the staff provides exceptional service by greeting customers as they walk in and showing expertise in the menu to help customers decide. The ingredients are also always fresh and they take precautions with allergens (shellfish). I have tried other locations and the buttermilk ranch does not taste as flavorful as the Village District location. Definitely will continue to come back!
