I have never eaten in this restaurant ( I always order out from their app). They are consistently really good. I love their wraps. Their food is great. Packaged well. Their app is great you can order delivery straight from the app.

Salad is good but cleaning in the other hand HORRIBLE. found a dead roach on my sit and the tables were dirty.

Had lunch take-out three times over the last 80 days. Two times of these three the piece of bread given was unacceptable and very very small. It should have been thrown out and not put in a customers bag. One time the dressing was forgotten completely. This 3 stars for the food.

Ordering was clear and easy, wait time was reasonable and service was great. Forgot, portion size allowed for two meals and I love leftovers!Parking: Lots of spaces
I complete a to go order via app on 9/17. The salad came with old pink romaine lettuce. The more I flip through was old white pink pieces. I called back to speak with associate who basically said it's normal and they try to pick out as much as possible. Later, the manager came on the phone and stated distribution issue. I told him they should at least notify consumers via the app so they are aware of bad products. This isn't the first time I've got bad quality food from this location. The tomatoes are always worn out and taste like they sat out for days. I do not recommend this location as they are intentional selling old products. Not worry the money or health risk.

I love chopt salads…….when they are actually made correctly. This place has zero consistency though when trying to order online/delivery. When you place an order, you would expect to receive what you put in the order. It’s all there on the order, ingredients needing to be added. And when you consistently leave out options, add incorrect ingredients, or even more so, completely forget to add dressing at all (even when I add a note on the end specifically asking for heavy dressing due to being told in the past by the manager that’s what is needed to ensure I get what I ask for)!!! Consistency is not too much to ask for. But apparently here, it’s terribly hard to find!

I wasn't impressed. Food was very dry in places overcooked wrap tasted like one from the grocery store. Overall, the food was kind of gross. I don't usually eat some chains and now I remember why.

Super friendly staff, plus great food as usual. I love coming here for a tasty lunch that won't leave me feeling yucky afterwards. One of my favorite spotsDietary restrictions: Staff were knowledgeable and there are great options for most restrictions including gluten free and dairy free. The only concern is the possibility of cross contamination as is true with most build your own type restaurants.
