We regularly get take out from Chuans. Every time it’s amazing. Quality is definitely higher than your typical Chinese takeout spot. Best dishes imho: stir fried ho fun with beef, sea same chicken, chili wontons, hot and sour soup 🤌💯
Service is more or less non existent but that’s what makes it awesome!! Very authentic Chinese food and everything I’ve tried so far (like 20 dishes) have been very gooooood. Puts all other Chinese restaurants to shame.
This place is a gem. Food was incredible, they absolutely nailed the spice level on every dish, lots of heat but it never overpowers the rich flavors (or made me slow down eating). The fried eggplant and the flounder were immaculate, crisp, and melt in your mouth. I ate a lot, but left feeling great. Not too heavy on the stomach! All around a tremendous experience. We will be back very soon.
