I'm normally a fan of Church's Chicken, but NOT TODAY. Nasty food with Nasty attitudes to match. Open less than an hour and the cashier with the blue contacts acted like someone pissed in her cereal. I was served with an ATTITUDE. Overpriced chicken looked like it tasted....like it was cooked last week in filthy grease!

The chicken was good even if they didn't have white meat. It was a couple of days after New Years Eve, which was the reason for no white meat. My loss. However, the chicken was still good. It's a little expense, but still good.

The service was terrible. One girl has locs she has an attitude, it’s an old lady that work there she can’t hear….. They all ghetto. And charged my card twice. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! No body wanted to work.
I love churches and unfortunately it seems like they have all of theyre restaurants in rough areas...and this is spot infamous.

Ms Red did not do a very good job I ordered a chicken sandwich combo as I waited 6 other guests went before me as an employee looked and said you already ordered my food hang been made yet!! As she made my order she handed it to me never offering any subsidiary for my wait I'm obviously pissed off but I'm respectful!! I'm not coming back to this store in my 42 years and the build up of infractions over the years I can't anymore good bye Church's y'all broke my heart for the last time and the food wasn't hitting

Customer service at the new been ave raleigh nc location sucks. They always run out of spicy chicken early in the day and the cashiers always say “we not dropping no more” rude as hell. And it’s like 4pm and they don’t close till 10 pm but they not dropping no more spicy wtf. They forgot to put the honey butter on the biscuits now I got these dry ass biscuits.
