Chuy's is a Mexican restaurant that serves overall good food with generous portions. The meats could be more flavorful, but the spicy ranch sauce and queso are highlights. The chicken in the chuychanga and flautas could be better seasoned, but the chicken quesadillas are a favorite. The staff, particularly Mary and Bri, provide excellent service and are knowledgeable about the menu. Extra creamy jalapeño is a recommended addition to the chips. Despite some inconsistencies in food quality, the positive aspects keep customers returning.
