This place is ok, but nothing great. It's clean, service is fine, food is just ok. I got the crispy tacos and rice. Standard tacos but nothing more than you can make at home. Same with the rice. It's fine but so many other places much better. Margarita was ok, a bit watered down, not very strong at all. Had better margaritas other places. I wouldn't come here on purpose again unless I was going with others that insist on it. Otherwise, I'd just go elsewhere.

Customer service is terrible, more specifically from the servers, all servers who worked the night of 3/7/25. Terrible attitude, and couldn’t help me with a thing. Don’t pick up from here

Chicken flautas didn't have much flavor even though they came out hot. Service staff was overwhelmed by a bus so not going to ding them for that as it was out of their hands.

I find Chuy's to be a reliable taste of TexMex in a fun, if sometimes loud, family setting. When possible we sit out on the patio where we can see the kids playing in the artificial grass area. I've been dozens of times and always find the service to be friendly. They sometimes get busy but usually team up. Our last visit. We had great service and managers and others were stepping in as they had a large crowd. The tortilla chips are some of the best in town. And I can make a meal just out of those. My favorite is the steak burrito. Parking can be a pain. But that's not their fault. Just find the deck and enjoy the stroll.

I have ordered from Chuys by door dash before and the food was good. I ordered last night 2/1 - I ordered a chicken fajita burrito - it was terrible! Cold but worse than that, the chicken was so hard I could not chew it or cut it. I threw the meal out. I wasted 32,00 .

After leaving a restaurant with a TERRIBLE time, we came in here (me and my roomie) to try to grab a bite….. i have never been here but I WILL COME BACK!!!!
I gotta shout to to GRESA, ANNE and MIKEY!!! We told them about the terrible time we had and they MADE OUR NIGHT.
They went above and beyond to make sure we have a great time at the bar, and made recommendations on food.
I would come back just to see them!

Best Mexican cuisine in North Hills!
The very fresh salsa is served with the house-made, thin and crispy chips. The sizable chicken enchiladas are filled with tender meat and topped with a creamy sauce. The rice is similar to Spanish rice, but is still great when paired with black beans. The tortillas are always fresh, too! Service is very friendly and the atmosphere is unique.
