Went for dinner with our grandson, and it turned out to be a very good experience. He doesn't sit still long, so it was nice to be able to take him down to the market area in front of the restaurant's patio area, and let him play on the astro-turf. For dinner, he didn't eat very well, on his basic hamburger. But we both thought our meals were pretty good. This place is ok, but nothing great. It's clean, service is fine, food is just ok. I got the crispy tacos and rice. Standard tacos but nothing more than you can make at home. Same with the rice. It's fine but so many other places much better. Margarita was ok, a bit watered down, not very strong at all. Had better margaritas other places. I wouldn't come here on purpose again unless I was going with others that insist on it. Otherwise, I'd just go elsewhere.

I find Chuy's to be a reliable taste of TexMex in a fun, if sometimes loud, family setting. When possible we sit out on the patio where we can see the kids playing in the artificial grass area. I've been dozens of times and always find the service to be friendly. They sometimes get busy but usually team up. Our last visit.
