The food tastes really good when it is fresh, with lots of flavor from the vegetables and sauce. The issue is that when business is slow, the food can lay still for a half hour or more, and taste cold and soggy.

Took my grandsons out to eat there and was disappointed because it wasn't what I expected. That was my first time going and probably will be my last time.... buy my grandsons enjoyed it

Pretty crowded which is to be expected. They didn't have a ton of options available like other locations especially considering the amount of occupants. The food was pretty standard.

Visited many times with the family on Sunday. Salad is quite good, however, no matter how any slices I ate I could not find one that was not BLAND. Almost as if they were trying to not offend any body with spices( heaven forbid) During my most recent visit I just ate lots of salad.

Wife Said..Bathroom had no tissues in womans...serving carbonated water...was put of certain soda...machine shooting water from the bottom...on to the floor...not safe could have fallen anyone.. But after This Pic...Was No Longer Hungry My Wife or My Son and Daughter!!!
This place is honestly horrific. From the time you come in the staff seem lazy and barely want to take your order. I had to flag someone just take my order. Then they ran out of pizza and cleared out the ENTIRE pizza line, that wasn't the bad part because I understand having to make more pizza IF there was a lot of people there. The bad part is that it took EXACTLY 21 mins to to get a simple pepperoni pizza back on the line. The staff they had in the kitchen area making the pizzas and etc. we're in disagreement the entire time we were there causing a ruckus. Then to top it off.....the icing on the cake....a roach....a roach on my brownie.

I LOVE CiCis cinnamon rolls. So much so that I teased a few friends with the picture. The pizza is good when its hot and fresh so the busier they are the fresher it will be. They will make pizza to order for you if you request it. The team members were VERY friendly and made sure to constantly let us know if we needed anything just ask.

The options are just about endless, and the service is very attentive, even on a busy Sunday. My brother brought his 4 kids and we were all well taken care of.
