I fell on Christmas eve in front of they store cause wasted drink the never ask if I'm okay are so I need help I would not shop there anymore

They won’t give tap water, but you can purchase a fountain drink or bottled water.

Went to Cinnabon with my fiancé for her birthday coupon for a free cold brew coffee. Instructions were to "show to team member to redeem."

Instead, got berated by an upset staff member because the email/coupon didn't have a bar code to scan.

Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a way to make your day worse!

I went to go get my free drink for my birthday and it was two African women and one Hispanic guy. The African women was just staring at me for no reason. The hispanic guy was very helpful. They messed up my drink and when I told the other young lady how the drink was supposed to look and I showed her the email, she stated that they no longer have those particular cups but I told her that you forgot about the whipped cream and a caramel. So she goes whispers in the African girls ear which was very rude and then she tried to use the same cup that I had previously. I told her no do not use that because that's cross-contamination and then I need a new cup! The drink was terrible and the service was terrible.

they "Do not carry Tap Water" even with purchase. But will sell you a fountain drink or bottled water.

Customer service is speedy! Forks are always in the bag! And napkins are available to grab for yourself ???! Every time I get a pack I make sure to ask to get them warmed because I know they're made to take home ?.

My family and I had the best experience here. First the Cinnabon as always were super delicious but also kind people work at this location and we are grateful. We went today May 27th and we left my sons tablet near the cashier. When we called asking if we had left it behind they answered the phone super quick and they were super nice about it. We have the tablet back and we are very grateful !

This Cinnabon is a small booth in the middle of the area leading into the food court on the second floor. The cinnamon rolls themselves were pretty good, but the service was a disappointment. The prices are outrageous, definitely not worth it, at least at this location. I got the box of 6 cinnamon rolls with plans of having one roll for breakfast whilst in the food court. When I ordered my food I was instructed to grab a box and hand it to her. She wasn't necessarily rude but definitely not polite either. They just put the box in a bag and handed it back to me with a few extra things of frosting. The most disappointing part of this experience being that for one they didn't give me any napkins to eat this messy finger food. Lastly and most importantly the cinnamon rolls were cold, I thought they would heat it up for me before they handed it back like they do at other locations I've been too. But no, I got cold cinnamon rolls even though I'd argue that half of the experience is having the rolls piping hot. I will not be coming back and I don't recommend that you come here either. If you are planning on coming here be ready for an unpleasant attitude, and having to ask for things that are customary. 4/10.

I was required to pay for each individual Cinnabon because I asked for fresh ones not the ones pre packaged in the box. My problem with this is that I have no idea how long they have been in that box or when they were cooked. When do we start charging extra money because I want fresh Cinnabons. This was absolutely worse experience of any establishment I have ever visited. Do yourself a favor learn the true meaning of customer service. I will never visit any location’s again.

Must of been an off day because my Cinnabon had no cinnamon in it. The center swirl should be coated but it wasn't. Maybe next time.
