The staff that they are working there, they are amazing. They are always smiling with the customers so they are masters customer service and there is always fresh and the new and if you ask them that you want fresh they told you yeah wait you can take the fresh ones, all in all they are amazing.

I LOVE Cinnabon. Anywhere I go and I know (or find out) there’s one in the city I’m in I get one. I’ve had a few items from there like the classic (individual and prepackaged), minibon, 4 count mini, and an iced coffee and EVERYTHING is always good.

I fell on Christmas eve in front of they store cause wasted drink the never ask if I'm okay are so I need help I would not shop there anymore

They won’t give tap water, but you can purchase a fountain drink or bottled water.

Went to Cinnabon with my fiancé for her birthday coupon for a free cold brew coffee. Instructions were to "show to team member to redeem."

Instead, got berated by an upset staff member because the email/coupon didn't have a bar code to scan.

Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a way to make your day worse!

I went to go get my free drink for my birthday and it was two African women and one Hispanic guy. The African women was just staring at me for no reason. The hispanic guy was very helpful. They messed up my drink and when I told the other young lady how the drink was supposed to look and I showed her the email, she stated that they no longer have those particular cups but I told her that you forgot about the whipped cream and a caramel. So she goes whispers in the African girls ear which was very rude and then she tried to use the same cup that I had previously. I told her no do not use that because that's cross-contamination and then I need a new cup! The drink was terrible and the service was terrible.
