I stopped by to get 4 classic cinnabons. The employees insisted upon selling me stale Cinnabons from earlier in the morning. I asked for the fresh ones. She said, ‘I’ll have to charge you the individual price for each one.’ I won’t be returning here. I’m disappointed.

The vanilla coffee was weak lacking vanilla flavor. Plus it was super watery to me. Repulsive taste.

Was 2nd in line and waited about 10 minutes to place a order. The employee (an older lady) came out with a fresh tray of the classic Cinnabon and started boxing them up and bagging them and gave out every one to waiting customers. The girl running the counter then came and told us it would be 40 minutes before anymore would be ready. The saw us in line and could have told us sooner. I've never seen a Cinnabon without rolls being ready. Pretty disappointed and disrespectful making us stand there.

i was walking out the mall and decide to get a cinnabon but they didn’t have much left to offer so i was getting rush through my process but the mall didn’t close until 6 clock and it wasn’t no where near 6 , teach your employees customer service thank you .

I went to buy some of my favorite sandwiches this morning, they were just as I imagined, super delicious,? highlight the kindness with which I was served by a sweet girl? I definitely wouldn't change Cinnabon for anything.
Service was not discourteous, but not friendlyOn a note that’s not their fault is the scam of selling second rate cinnamon rolls ONLY in the 4 packThey say they are the same but cooledHowever, the frosting is clearly NOT the same and by admission of the staff NOT FRESHSo let’s be honest here and list them as seconds and not mislead the public into believing you can get 4 fresh tasty cinnamon rollls at a discount in multiples

Went there yesterday and the employee was sitting down picking at something on their arm. Then came and try to service me. No thank you! Please wash your hands all the time dealing with food. It don't matter you put on gloves still wash your nasty hands first.

Was pretty disappointed with this place. Tonight I saw some fresh cinnabon rolls. I asked for the 9 pack and the little girl behind the counter reaches for the stale ones already boxed. I told her I really wanted the fresh ones. She said she would not sell me those I had to take the lesser ones. I refused, and can't believe a company would train their employees to that practice.
