I went to buy some of my favorite sandwiches this morning, they were just as I imagined, super delicious,? highlight the kindness with which I was served by a sweet girl? I definitely wouldn't change Cinnabon for anything.

Service was not discourteous, but not friendlyOn a note that’s not their fault is the scam of selling second rate cinnamon rolls ONLY in the 4 packThey say they are the same but cooledHowever, the frosting is clearly NOT the same and by admission of the staff NOT FRESHSo let’s be honest here and list them as seconds and not mislead the public into believing you can get 4 fresh tasty cinnamon rollls at a discount in multiples

Went there yesterday and the employee was sitting down picking at something on their arm. Then came and try to service me. No thank you! Please wash your hands all the time dealing with food. It don't matter you put on gloves still wash your nasty hands first.

Was pretty disappointed with this place. Tonight I saw some fresh cinnabon rolls. I asked for the 9 pack and the little girl behind the counter reaches for the stale ones already boxed. I told her I really wanted the fresh ones. She said she would not sell me those I had to take the lesser ones. I refused, and can't believe a company would train their employees to that practice.

12/30/22: I'm not a big Cinnabon fan because I don't like their icing, but my boo loves them. So, I stopped by the mall to get him one. They are located right outside the food court.Because he couldn't be the only one with a treat today, I decided to as for a regular sized Cinnabon with icing and 1 without icing. The cashier acted confused and said there are no buns without icing. ???????? I saw some on top of the oven just sitting out & she told me it was only dough!!?! The pan was baked though, so then she confused me.I asked how long for a bun that was baked & she guessed 30 minutes. It doesn't take 30 mins to bake cinnamon buns. Then I asked for the contact info for management or the GM. She rudely told me to Google it. I asked for my receipt & left with the iced bun. It should not be this difficult to get what I ordered. I will NEVER come to this location again. The incompetence and poor attitude of your staff is unbelievable.Then to top it off, I get to my boo's house & she gave me a mini bun that looked bitten off of. If it wasn't bitten off of, it was a good portion chopped off the side. Again, I'm never going back to this location.

I moved here from Southern California in March and was so happy to find Cinnabon! I grew up eating them, especially around the holidays. I'm not sure why other people are giving this place bad reviews. The customer service was good and the Cinnamon buns taste like I always remember. Perhaps those people got a bad batch made by a new employee or have a personal vendetta against the employee...? I don't know, but I had a very good experience. And yes, the bites and minis taste just as good as the regular sized ones! Best when warm and fresh but can sit for 3 days and still taste good.

CinnaMONSTER not Cinnabon has a different quality and too thick....wasn't very impressed. I wish I didn't drive all the way there thinking it was still the orginal Cinnabon.

This place is no longer at the mall and this location needs to be removed from google. Very disappointed when I used google to find this location only to realize it was nowhere in the mall
