The cinnamon rolls are amazing but multiple times I have ordered some for pick up and each time they are over 15 minutes behind (even though they say, it'll just be 5 minutes) in getting my order ready at the Brier Creek location. The Cary Parkside location is on point but the Brier Creek location needs some major help. I will be driving the extra 10 minutes to take my business to Cary.

It’s hit and miss with this location. I see different workers every week (which shows the staffing isn’t that good) and they always seem short staffed and overwhelmed. I go in there today for example, the salesperson allowed 1 customer to order all the cinnamon rolls available in 1 order and we would have to wait 15 minutes to get a cinnamon roll. It didn’t make sense to allow someone who doesn’t pre-order to walk in and purchase all the available rolls but make the others wait. I live across the street and always visit but I think I’ll start going back to the one in Cary. You’re in and out! Cinnamon rolls are always amazing at the location but that incident today threw me off and wasn’t good for business unfortunately. Just wasn’t cool.

Normally when I go to Cinnaholic, the older lady makes my order. She makes sure that icing is covering the cinnamon roll. The past two times she hasn’t been there and the lady working puts way less and the cinnamon roll is not covered. Not pleased.

Went there tonight. They close at 9. The lady said they don’t have any more rolls. So if you stop making them at a certain time say that. Or when you run out just lock the door and say you are closed. She didn’t even see if i wanted anything else she just said we are out of rolls like ok …so yall close when the last roll ? good to know for the future so if anybody else go there they won’t tell you when they are out of rolls you just gotta know and if you are not psychic you just gotta go there and waste time and gas.

This was my first time inside a Cinnaholic and it was so good! Super impressed with the quality, especially since she baked them fresh right there for us. The associate was also super kind and helpful. We got the bananas foster, very berry, and churro buns. They were all delicious my favorite was the banana foster

If you like sweets & want to try something better than a plain cinnamon roll - I highly recommend Cinnaholic!The one topped in berries is so good & also try the lemon icing. There's so many different options - prices are very reasonable & I've always had good service

We got the cinnamon rolls with caramel, almond and vanilla icings. They were wonderful when we bought them. I got a dozen of the baby ones with vanilla icing to go. They were hard as a rock the day after we bought them. So as long as you are eating them the same day, they are well worth it. But the microwaving they do to them at purchase turns them into bricks the next day.
This place is amazing. The food was soooo good and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Ordered a brownie with cream cheese frosting and brownie bites and an old skool roll. Came to the store for pick up between 7 and 8pm, no one in the store accept me and the employee. I had paid online so my order was already done. The man behind the counter verified who I was and handed me my order. I was in and out in like 30 seconds flat if that. Got home and my brownie and cinnamon roll were a little colder than i hoped. But the flavors were definitely still there. I liked the icing and the frosting on both pastries and the cinnaroll was super good. 10.55 for all this seems like a great price for the quality and ease of ordering online and picking up in person. Will definitely visit again!
