This was our first visit to Cinnaholic & it did not disappoint! We were greeted by Chandana. She was AMAZING at helping us make our selections. She offered us samples & answered all our questions. We ended up getting 6 of the specialty ones. They were all scrumptious!! We will definitely be back to try some of the others! Thanks Chandana, you are a delightful soul.

The Cinnabon was delicious, but the customer service was disappointing. The women working wasn't welcoming at all and made us feel like an inconvenience when we asked about the promotion. We weren’t allowed to place a group order and each person had to use separate cards, which was frustrating. Also, we were told no bags were available, then given one after a confusing explanation.

The cinnamon rolls are amazing but multiple times I have ordered some for pick up and each time they are over 15 minutes behind (even though they say, it'll just be 5 minutes) in getting my order ready at the Brier Creek location. The Cary Parkside location is on point but the Brier Creek location needs some major help. I will be driving the extra 10 minutes to take my business to Cary.

It’s hit and miss with this location. I see different workers every week (which shows the staffing isn’t that good) and they always seem short staffed and overwhelmed. I go in there today for example, the salesperson allowed 1 customer to order all the cinnamon rolls available in 1 order and we would have to wait 15 minutes to get a cinnamon roll. It didn’t make sense to allow someone who doesn’t pre-order to walk in and purchase all the available rolls but make the others wait. I live across the street and always visit but I think I’ll start going back to the one in Cary. You’re in and out! Cinnamon rolls are always amazing at the location but that incident today threw me off and wasn’t good for business unfortunately. Just wasn’t cool.

Normally when I go to Cinnaholic, the older lady makes my order. She makes sure that icing is covering the cinnamon roll. The past two times she hasn’t been there and the lady working puts way less and the cinnamon roll is not covered. Not pleased.

Went there tonight. They close at 9. The lady said they don’t have any more rolls. So if you stop making them at a certain time say that. Or when you run out just lock the door and say you are closed. She didn’t even see if i wanted anything else she just said we are out of rolls like ok …so yall close when the last roll ? good to know for the future so if anybody else go there they won’t tell you when they are out of rolls you just gotta know and if you are not psychic you just gotta go there and waste time and gas.
