I stopped by and was the only one in there. The girl with the dark rim glasses and dark hair was so rude and cold as if she was mad at me for even coming in??? What??? She stayed in back for a few and didn’t think much about it. I thought she was working on it. I ordered one thing and then another person comes in and she starts working on his smoothie , but then turns around and works on mine. When it was done she practically threw it to me on the counter. Sorry but you just lost my business . Get your employees trained in customer service!! Awful

This is my second time here. I came back because the girl who helped me the first was amazing. This time however was different. The girl with blonde hair who took my order was neither polite nor rude which was fine but as she was making my first drink a different girl (dark hair in a messy bun with glasses) came out from the back to help. She filled two cups with ice and when I asked her if she could put slightly less ice in the cups she rolled her eyes. She then proceeded to rudely slam down items onto the counter as she was working. What a terrible experience.

I have been here three times and have had good experiences until today. The drinks aren’t overly sweet and I like that. Today I decided to try two new flavors- youthful and intense. The intense ingredients sounded good but the drink was not even edible. I took one sip and said something’s wrong. The employee said “yeah, that one’s an acquired taste.” I’m not a picky eater at all so for me to not like something is unusual. She suggested adding honey which we did but that did not improve the taste. Then she said “ I think it’s the fish oil that gives it the odd taste.” Fish oil? That’s not listed as an ingredient! I said I can’t drink this and she just shrugged. I left the drink on the counter after paying for it and was mad at myself for not asking her to make me another flavor. If the owner reads these, please train your employees to make sure customers leave satisfied.

Ordered DoorDash from here. Wow are the pictures online ever so deceiving, my avocado toast was a joke. I don’t even think it had real avocado on it. The green bowl was quite disgusting and small, so overpriced. Taste was bad. 11.75 for a smoothie that was bland. Please do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

I was disappointed with my experience at this smoothie store. Unfortunately, my smoothie was not blended properly, leaving large chunks that made it not possible to drink. I reached out to corporate to share my concerns but never received a response. I had hoped for better customer service, both in-store and at the corporate level. I really wanted to enjoy my visit, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations.
If you're looking for a smoothie go elsewhere. You're paying for the location (north hills) not the smoothie. Average smoothies at best

Went in asked the cashier what’s the best smoothie she was like it depends on what you like and looked down not engaging barely spoke made my smoothie mango’s and cream it was pure watery and big chunks of mango or banana in it terrible service will never come back I spent 10.50 I want a refund!

Do not order thru Doordash. They will just hand the cup to the driver with a flimsy piece of scotch tape the drivers can easily pop off to sample your drink. Order from Juice Keys that actually seals the cups and put them in a sealed bad. For a $20 smoothie you can do better. Pathetic waste of money.
