Hummingbird is one of the most underrated bars in the Raleigh area. Drinks and service are always solid. However, the most surprising is their food, which punches well above its weight. The M-F happy hour food special is one of the best deals in Raleigh. Of note, the vibe here is different depending on what time/day you go. If you’re looking for a more chill vibe, M-Thursday is what you’re looking for. The weekend it becomes more of a club vibe. Both are a positive experience, just depends on what you are looking for

Wonderful Valentine's Day experience. Service was friendly and we were well taken care of. Food was really good and the deserts were outstanding. They featured a musician, who plays regularly, that was simply incredible. Highly recommend

We went on a Saturday and had a blast. The drinks were very delicious and the bar tenders were very nice. We enjoyed amazing live music. It was quite busy so you might not be able to get a seat but it was still worth it.

After reading the reviews I'm so disappointed. Went to celebrate retirement. The cocktail ordered tasted odd. Replaced as an ingredient left out. Still odd but differently odd. Ordered the steak based on reviews. One of the worst meals I've ever had. Tough and flavorless. The steamed spinach was so salty I was up getting water all night. The mashed potatoes were very cheesy. I don't eat cheese and the menu didn't specify cheese. So I ate virtually nothing. Awful.

Surprisingly the food is really great here! I've been here for happy hour and NYE dinner.
Never have been here, but so glad that I got a reservation because all the other tables had reserve signs on them was such a great place for pictures and the decorations were beautiful. Who seemed to only be one server, but she was awesome and had a great outfit on !

Stopped in for NYE with friends. Already knew that they had killer drinks but was very impressed by the quality of the food. The steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The kitchen is a hidden gem.

Great atmosphere/decor and local music! The food was good, the brussel sprouts were delicious with a little kick and you get so much! The bruschetta tasted really good but the bread was super thick, a little hard to bite and chew so thinner slices might be better. The cocktails were good as well. Very nice chill vibes, friendly servers, and tucked back from the bustle of downtown. Looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes.
