The Chicago dog was very good. All the topping tasted fresh and it was reminiscent of how chicago actual got dogs taste. The fries were also very good. I also tried the coney dog and it was okay. It took a long time to make but in their defense it was very busy. The workers were very nice though so the service was good.
Coney Dogs were exactly as I hoped they would be; good chili, dog had a little snap when you take a bite. I haven't had a Coney dog since I left Michigan in 1970. The french fries were 'shoestring' style, very crispy, not greasy, and
piping hot. They even serve Vernor's Ginger Ale.
The restaurant was very clean and all the staff were polite and attentive. If I lived in Raleigh, this would be on my list for regular visits.

This is a fast food joint, that is not so fast. Only one person cooks all the orders, so it takes a long while to get your food. It is so good that you wait for it regardless of how long it takes.
There is only one cook for the main entree, one guy for the fries and one guy for the drinks, which happens to be the cashier as well. I guess they have their system, not very efficient but you always get the same food quality.
